That's what I like high school, I get older and they stay the same age, yes they do yes they do - Family Guy lol.
I think no minor should be sending nude pics to anyone, even if they're both the same age. Don't know who can get their hands on it and if the girl gets dumped in a bad relationship or dumps the guy. Guy gets pissed and puts it on the net, instant child porn. I mean keeping it between them but kids tend to get angry and act on implulse rather thinking it thru so it has double the chance of happening.

When I was 21 I had to tell one of the girls I knew back then who was 16 to not send me pictures of her... I don't know if she was drunk or what when she sent me the nude photos but I let her know that I was not going to do anything that would potentially get me sent to gaol...

The first example is a little weird. A 23 year old should understand that a 16 year old is in another mental state than himself. I don't think he deserves to go to jail, but he should be put on a list lol.
The second one, it's pushing it, but they're both in HS so IDK.

This is kind of weird though- the age of consent here is 16. I see absolutely nothing wrong with a 16 year old and someone only 2 years their senior having sex. That is providing they are in a stable, mature monogamous, STD-protected, non alcohol-fulled, contraceptive using, supportive relationship. Oh. I see... Most of them don't think like that.
My parents met in school, my ma was 15. My dad is nine years her senior. She was the mature one, wanting something steady and long term. It was the older guys that were acting like little boys only interested in sex. I don't think they should have been arrested or anything either, but it does say something about the mentality of older men who push the boundaries with acceptability/legality for a little fun.

The only thing that has the age of consent being 18 stuck in most peoples heads is Hollywood... it's always 18 in the movies so people then think that, that is the norm... It isn't...

I believe if you're in the military in the US, you can bang 16 year olds...And if you lie and say you THOUGHT she was 16, you can bang 12 year olds with what the military considers a "valid defense".
