Which as such means that should anyone in this forum ask anything about medical marijuana you will be jumping in and telling them no no no it's illegal. This forum is alrgely about medical marijuana, again, what is the point of you being a medical marijuana section mod if you as such consider the whole thing illegal. If all you consider is federal law until they're out of the picture, then anything relating to growing cannabis is ilegal and as per the rules of this forum we can't post anything illegal. I Think you ought to be deleting your section of the forum about now. Cannabis is illegal, feds say so, gotta delete it all man!

Kind of silly to say that you can't discuss non-licensed medical growing of plants seeing as how most of the visitors on the site would have to be kicked off if that rule were enforced... it seems like if they are going to give a nod and a wink on that particular requirement, the mods should give a nod and a wink on their reminders that only medical growing discussion is allowed. Otherwise I guess the mods and owners should start going through threads and kickout every user from a non-medical state.

My problem is only with the patients that grow and sell there weed or know that there grower is selling. Yes I buy from the desp. But that is way diffrent then selling it. I can't get into trouble for buying it. And yes I do care about patients rights but you tell me were they are. We have none but yet every one wants to sell there weed. Um wonder why we have no rights cuz. if we did we would not have to worry about the feds

I thought one of the beneficial points to medical marijuana was it allowed the state in which it was approved to levy a tax on it to help increase state income...? If your giving it away than how can it be taxed or are you referring to people who sell their medicine "under the counter"?

So if you're following federal law why are you growing cannabis? You either support state law or federal law, you can't just pick and chose bits of each. Either you agree that you are legal to do exactly as your state laws permit you to do or as i state, i do not understand why you are on this forum, let alone a moderator, let alone an MMJ moderator. If you're not aware NOONE who grows cannabis in the US is "right by the law" they are all acting illegally under federal law which you seem very intent on promoting. Yet at the same time as saying you follow federal law you grow cannabis? Now that is some stella integrity.

So what is it, federal law or state law? Few in this thread appear to understand why you're a member of this forum based on yoru attitude.

Well he does have a history of trolling. He once got banned and got so upset that he created account after account and trolled the entire forum in tears.
