Had to smoke a couple loads of rom in a one hitter to calm down and sleep last night.. think I'm going kayaking to work out the energy

If you snore you could very well have sleep apnea. That can make you very tired during the day because your not getting any rem sleep. I had that problem of being exhausted during the day all of the time till they sliced and diced my throat a bit and now I am not dead tired during the day like I used to be

Still thinking about hashing it up? I've been looking around(halfassed) for some silkscreen to make a device.. Haven't been able to find yet. May be better to go the amazon or eBay route. Idk, I'd imagine bubble bags or something would be expensive if they even have em at the smoke shops.

Also people with adrenal fatigue. Has your doc checked your adrenal glands? If those get fucked up they really do a number on you I knew a guy who had that and he was always having some or other kind of issue like you seem to.

Hey void- had a thought, have they checked you for B12 deficiencies?

Ive got it, and when I dont have my shots I'm pretty well worthless. Can't get motivated, excited, happy. But I do get the shakes and forget things and get dizzy alot.

I've had a test done for cortisol for the adrenals. They were low so the doc claimed that I didn't have an issue. I've been trying to get a doctor to treat for a adrenal fatigue to see if it helps. The test can come back low because that's the maximum the adrenals can perform but that dr argued with me. The second doctor sent me to counciling to lower my stress, not that it is working.

Oh and never been checked for b12. I've done sublingual b12 pills. They help a little once a week or two
