i dunno man, i'm not worried about the heat, i actually need her to stretch so i can get some clones...I may have a looksie tonight, If you really think that lowering would increase my growth than i may give it a try....she is growing very rapidly already, and quite bushy, i need her to go up
interesting man. you have never used Pgr's or this is just personal to you?
I know of 3 growers whom use Pgr's for personal. i use them to help shorten my flowering time. and i don't go near full strength, instead of 120ml for 7 days, i go 60 ml for 3 days, just to help promote flowering faster, i never usually have a problem with stretching with the strain i've had in the past.
I would say using PGR's if used PROPERLY and flushed out, and used early in the flowering, it is perfectly safe. My smoke is smooth, thick and clean, noone ever complains of chemical or horrible taste...
Ohh if you've ever drank wine.....you've had PGR's in your system. Period. I have worked in the horticulture side of the grape industry and can guarantee alot of the farmers use them. It's all about dividing cells, and increasing flower development....science not bikie or asian method crap....yeah they may use them......wonder why
Fuckin awesome. You know what? ive grown with and without PGR's The difference in potency is impossible to tell from smoking. I hear people say, it stops resin production.....well have a looksie at my last journal towards the endif there was a loss in potency...where the fuck did it go??? cause i personally don't want my erbs stronger than they already are. and my buds were glistening with THC

So what brand of pgr would one recommend i use? . I have the cyco platinum pro kit with the pgrs which ill be running soon just trying to decide which strain i use it on

Thats prob one of the best mate. I have explode and the "extreme" QLD brand atm and there is a difference there. The extreme (King Flower and Diamond Bud) Puts on way less bulk but a whole lot more sugar, the explode almost friggin doubles yield but they look like Caps hairy golfballs. Not much in it smoke wise.

all good man, cheers for the compliments....The recommended dosage for cyco's PGRs is
Part A = 3ml per litre. for 7 days
Part B = 3ml per litre for 7 days (week 2 )
however i tried something different and got a much more natural but still chunky look.
I used 60 ml in my 40 litre res. so only 1.5 ml of each, and only for 3 days each over the period of just under 1 week. i let her start her flowering for 3 days naturally, then when i see white pistils that's my cue to add my part A...my system is very vigorous and grows extremely fast, things happen very rapidly
go for it supa.... go half strength to give you an idea, that's my opinion anyways, i don't see an issue man, my woman knows all about PGR's and wouldn't smoke my erb if it tasted bad or had ill effects. we breathe worse shit in the air everyday compared to what we inhale from our erbs. but the governments not gong to tell us that now are they

I think Sattys tend to lose more of what makes them unique and good from PGR's and don't add enough bulk to make the tradeoff worthwhile... also less stable genetics may take it as a trigger to herm, but you have pretty good genetics so should be sweet.
Those nute are great if you will use them quick! They don't tend to have a very good shelf life, just threw away a veg A+B kit coz the A was mouldy. When I switched TO it from canna the girls exploded with lush, green growth but it just doesn't store well

Ive used canna coco for ages and i cant knock but i have seen the extreme in action at my mates and its pretty impressive . 6 wks veg and flower on it and i got to say its some dank smoko

remember my 2nd to last grow no.2 ?? hairy golfballs they were. and i went too heavy with PGR's and it cause alot of leaf mutations, and my buds were like red rocks....potency was not as high, i did put it down to the weather mostly as it was around 35 degrees in my tent at the time.It's like if you go really heavy with the PGR's they go miniature, and shrink up, and just grow tight. i had alot of trouble drying it had to chop it down to gold ball size nugs..
But i did give too much. it was cyco's new formula ( alot stronger ) and i wasn't aware and used the regular standard dose, i learnt the hard way
