I'm not arguing that Obama is the cause of inflation. He advocates the continuation of it. there can be no doubt inflation hurts the bottom classes.

Minimum wage is not dictating cost. Minimum wage is an absolute necessity for the government to continue spending without the effects of inflation causing the middle and lower class to fall into total poverty.
Spending and inflation is a massive cause of the current income inequality completely ignored by the left.

Minimum wage is a proven inflationary factor, any school of economics will tell you that.
Minimum wage chasing inflation is a self defeating cycle resulting in HUGE cost of living and low competitiveness. Seriously, we pay €9.10 ($12.28ish) for a pack of smokes or €2.25 ($3ish) for a loaf of bread. Inflation went visibly "on the ground" out of control with the introduction of the minimum wage here.

Minimum wage has been in slow decline in real terms for 30 years, it's held flat recently, but overall legislators have failed to keep the real minimum wage constant in real terms and that's about all I advocate for in terms of minimum wage increases... Just keep the real minimum wage at about the same level (in real terms) it was when Reagan went into office and I'm happy. Basically all that does is Protect the very poor from the erosion caused via the yearly 2-3% inflation necessary to maintain growth and stability within the economy.

RIGGED ELECTIONS AN ILLUSION OF DEMOCRACY
We as a nation dare to criticize foreign governments and their elections, but what of our own?
In recent history, most countries have been guilty of Voter Fraud the list is as endless as there are governments and countries. From Kosovo, Malaysia, El Salvador, Namibia, Afghanistan, India, Germany, Kenya, Pakistan, Russia, Egypt, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Azerbaijan, Haiti, Georgia and yes even the United States.
The latest media and neo-con hyperbole about Iran and a fraudulent election continue the ongoing rant about every foreign government and their elections except one, The United States whose history is as tainted as any country!
The most notable Election tampering in the United States began with Franklin Delano Roosevelt, not to imply that elections were not rigged prior to FDR, but this is the first well identified case. The election of Roosevelt was rigged by two distinct groups, the Italian Mafia and the Jewish Mafia. To insure Roosevelts longevity in office his serious rival Huey P. Long was assassinated. In payment to the Mob for their efforts Roosevelt aggressively promoted through congress the National Labor Relations Act, known as the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) which gave the Mob complete control over the Unions by requiring all litigation between the labor force and their Union to be heard by the Board. In addition it set up a short Statute of Limitations (6 months) that ran before the Union Member even knew he had a claim.
Other Presidents that have gained the presidency through Mob support and rigged elections were Richard Nixon and John Fitzgerald Kennedy. When Nixon lost the first election to Kennedy in 1960, he challenged that election, then being offered the future office by the Chicago Mob he withdrew his challenge and waited his turn. These elections were won through a method called Ballet Box Stuffing, deceased voters in Illinois and Texas managed to cast numerous ballets.
