america is the least taxed country in the world.
Illegal mexicans or as you refer to them as "them people" smuggle drugs and people into the U.S. all the time and plead ignorance claiming , "I didn't know it was illegal" they get fed, cleaned up , a picture taken and then deported . Being illegal immigrants and also breaking the law I would expect them to be treated like a common criminal. Also these same illegal mexicans help bankrupt the states specifically California through programs like "Anchor baby welfare" where an illegal can have a child in the country and then claim welfare checks from that child while staying in the country illegally collecting the checks (Tax payers pay for that) . Ever wonder why you see mexicans with at least 2 babies at all times.
Its the "citizens" decision to turn against his own people on the war on drugs by "snitching" .
I wouldn't call Germany, Britain and Japan the wrong people. Those countries are our allies. (we have military bases in those countries so yes , their our allies)
But you are right on 2 things
America is def. a war driven country and also very broke. If you think your getting taxed now wait about two years when inflation starts from all that worthless money the federal reserve has been printing in efforts to cover up such a fucking mess they created. The federal reserve has printed so much money that is about to be seriously devalued. Whats going to happen ? Serious inflation and tax increase and probably the elimination the middle class completely . Their will only be rich and poor in about 5 years form now.

I know you said this thread was not for Americans, but as an American I feel it my civic duty to correct you one one little point. We are hardly taxed out the ass when compared to the rest of the developed world. Other developed countries have higher taxes. Not only do the super wealthy pay very little in America, even small business owners and contractors can get a pretty good tax rate. I have friends in other parts of the world, they all pay far more taxes than I (it should also be noted they all love living in their country a lot more than I as well. Go figure.).
What's really scary in America right now is the major cities failing. I don't know what it's like where you live, but in Michigan it's bad. Pontiac MI is a major city and no longer has it's own fire department. I'm pretty sure they dissolved their police department too, it's now covered by the County Sheriff. Detroit is so far in debt they are just closing everything, police stations, public schools, libraries, etc. That is exactly what the city with the highest US murder rate needs, more cuts to police. The Michigan governor has the power to appoint "Financial Emergency Managers" to cities. They basically take over our elected mayor's job, but with supreme power. They can void any contract, bust any union, and make any cut they want. So why bother voting for mayor, the governor just is going to fire him/her.
I think America is on the brink of some massive change. Our current system is not sustainable, it is collapsing around us. A total collapse of the government is something I now see as plausible and not just a tinfoil hat conspiracy.

many other western countries pay far more tax than americans, but they get social and healthcare instead.
the wealth of the east is based on the west, so they are fucked too in that respect and is why china is trying somewhat to aid the west.

there is one simple FACT: the PLANET cant ALL go broke. Money $$ is based on resources, as long as a counrty is resource rich (AKA. Canada...) we dont go "bankrupt" as a country, we make job creation prosecces for the unmined or unmilled resources..... creating jobs AND wealth for the people in out country.
Americans are broke, because they have NO RESOURCES. maybe if you went so scared of Socialism (and be like the REST OF THE WORLD: SOCIAL) you might not be in this problem.... try pulling your head out of the sand for a few mins.

I live in Canada (B.C. to be exact), the rest of the world financially is just as bad, but very few people are as hated as americans, you guys seem so uptight.
Example: I have never locked my front door unless I am going away for a few days, I asked almost all my neighbours if they lock their doors, out of 20 ish people 1 said yes. It was because his dog would escape.

Because you are wrong about a lot of things
When they arrest someone for having weed, or being drunk, or something like that. They usually make a new enemy. That guy usually now hates the system, police, or at least isn't too fond of them anymore.
AND the snitching you talk about, isn't just people randomly deciding to snitch.
The police have them looking at 10 years, 20 years, life for dealings with flowers, and they snitch to save themselves
If the drug war wasn't happening, and the problem wasn't already there, then the snitching would not only not be a problem, it would be unnecessary and useless.
And "least taxed" has nothing to do with how much stress that tax causes, or the fact that we became an independent nation to get away from taxes.

The problem comes in where we keep giving tax cuts to the wealthy because people still think for whatever reason that Reaganomics works.
It doesn't, the whole trickle-down economics theory doesn't work for shit with an economy based on greed.

But as the folks in the US of A already know, it didn't work. Huge spending on millitary should get the economy going but it didn't. Obama has a huge wall ahead of him. He has to turn the US of A economy around before Bush's legacy resolves itself.
So when you ask, what we non US of A'uns think (I find that the US of A'uns refer to themselves as Americans completely arrogant and abhorant.
