Ok try again why is fdd the only one people care about what about kmk ???? Is he somehow not big enough foe us to care also about him they all went down at the same time !!!

Apparently KMK never told anyone his full name so we can't find anything out about him...
 
A lawyer for something like this is going to be at Least $100k retainer . I doubt that he or even with donations we will come up with that in cash . The best thing we can do for him is help out his wife and kid ... There is really NOTHING we can do for him . The feds make it so its even hard to help him, You cant even send him loot as they will keep moving him and the money will prob never make it to his account .. The feds suck... They make everything hard on the accused . We just have to wait and see what transpires ... If Mrs FDD dont work and depended on him for support then she is in a worse place then he is ... I would think helping HER would make HIM feel at ease and a little better knowing his family is eating and has a roof over their head ,,, I know If I was locked up and my friends were taking care of my family I would feel better ..

Distribution of a small amount of marijuana, for no remuneration, is treated as possession. Manufacture or distribution of less than 50 plants or 50 kilograms of marijuana is punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. For 50-99 plants or 50-99 kilograms the penalty increases not more than 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million if an individual, $5 million if other than an individual for the first offense. Manufacture or distribution of 100-999 plants or 100-999 kilograms carries a penalty of 5 - 40 years in prison and a fine of $2-$5 Million. For 1000 plants or 1000 kilograms or more, the penalty increases to 10 years - life in prison and a fine of $4-$10 Million.

The sentence of death can be carried out on a defendant who has been found guilty of manufacturing, importing or distributing a controlled substance if the act was committed as part of a continuing criminal enterprise – but only if the defendant is (1) the principal administrator, organizer, or leader of the enterprise or is one of several such principal administrators, organizers, or leaders, and (2) the quantity of the controlled substance is 60,000 kilograms or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of marijuana, or 60,000 or more marijuana plants, or the if the enterprise received more than $20 million in gross receipts during any 12-month period of its existence.

Other than that, I'll never stoop as low as to make light of someone going to jail for cannabis... as I've said many times before in this thread, it's rather ridiculous to do so and for sure the action is an attractant to negative karma.

No one is saying he didn't know the consequences, of anyone on these forums I am sure he did... I am just appalled at those making a joke of the situation strictly because of who it is, he is just another human, facing prison for cannabis.

I suspect your IQ is low. No offense. You said that you can't get 10-life for marijuana, and that it had to be guns or something. I just posted proof that you can get even worse than 10-life for marijuana. Don't get your little brain cells rattling around so violently this early in the day. It isn't healthy. =)

Depends on priors as well and whether the judge on the day got some the night before.

Just a guess, but you were probably detained before the whole Homeland Security thing right? I think they use a new and slightly rigged calculator now. I could be wrong. Anyway, enough derail.
 
I'm a former POW from the Reagan drug wars (it'll be 20 years since release next week). Bought 5 years on the fed level for trying to buy a bale-first offense and maximum sentence. At the time you could get by doing a third of your time-I ended up a little more than half. Today it is 85% by their guidelines.

At this point he hasn't been before a judge and we don't know what his charges are. Until we find out all we are doing is guessing. Let's stick to facts and cut out the bullshit!

I have some FDD Glass .. I guess It just went up Or down in value .. anyhoot .. I'll miss him.. I know for a FACT he has well over $10k YES thousand in old vintage fishing lures .. His wife should put them on e bay ... some are worth $300 each ..
 
The feds usually seize ANYTHING of value, any cash, any bank accounts, cars, boats, ect.
What they are really after is the revenue. They call everything you own, the proceeds from your enterprise.
They won't leave you with 2 nickles to rub together

Agree with JJ, FEDS use this type of crime has a way to take any and all properties associated with you. It's then up to you to prove it was attained thru legal means. Planned on purchasing a pipe from FDD anyway so might as well do it now, send Mrs FDD the money now and FDD can make me one when he's back among the free.

It sure seems that way to me too . And what do they need our money for , they print the shit in the first place , it isnt backed by anything , and its only worth what they say it is .

True story that. Even back when my next door neighbor was a DEA agent in the 70's (who had zero interest in busting his pot smoking neighbor, btw), he told me if the Big Guys were driving nice cars, they waited for them to get in before they busted him, so they got the cars, too. His "company" cars were Porches, Corvettes, BMWs, etc. If they left two nickles if must have been because they were in his loafers.
