Questions about this grow cabinet.

I understand you make think this is a rip off or a waist of money. I want build one exactly like this so my questions only refer to the productivity and yield of a cabinet grow machine identical to this but with me building it.

1st question. How much does a unit like this yield every harvest? You can pick whatever strain you like so that helps with your answer and also you can choose the nutrients you would use too.

2nd question. How often will I harvest with a unit like this seeing as how it's all here together and looks to be pretty efficient.

400w light in a small area will generally yield between 1/4lb - 1/2lb every 12 weeks.

If you ran a perpetual with small plants and high numbers you could probably pull 3-6oz a week using both 400w to flower with.

Ok ok ok, so like what about a system like this? http://www.dealzer.com/servlet/the-79963/Super-Grow-Tent/DetailI'll use an underground storm shelter I have on some farm land if I use this system instead. It's air conditioned and 20x20x12 in design.

There are several people here running 8x8 tents - I would recommend checking them out. A 4x8 with 2x1kW generally pull 2-3lbs. I would estimate an 8x8 with 4x600w to pull around 3lbs - the basic price on that setup is 4x400w which I personally wouldn't recommend. If you could manage to control the heat you could likely run 4x1kW and pull 4lbs but dealing with the heat would be very difficult.

If you are growing for the first time cut all these estimates in half if not more.

Why will this estimate be in half? Why if not done correctly and me keeping a journal for help here a long the way can't it yield the same as say a grower of multiple harvests?

With proper things in place like cloning and having other plants growing in 2 phases of the growth cycle what the soonest I could expect turn around time to be with a 4x8 tent? Say with 75 plants.
