Too soon to flower...

You can actually go 12/12 from seed if you want to. Seems most people have height restrictions or are too impatient to let the plants mature on their own and flower them at 18 inches, or maybe after a measly 4 week veg cycle. Personally I veg for at least 60-120 days, then flower if the plants don't do it naturally. Basically you can flower as soon as it breaks ground, but your output is minimal.

+1 to what Ledhed said. I personally plan to flip mine when they're about half the size I want them to be given they usually double or even triple in size during flower.

Do you know if the stretch is less for a plant that has been topped? If you had a 16 inch plant that hadnt been topped and you had a 16 inch plant that had been topped to have 4 colas, would the topped one be able to grow as tall in flower as the untopped one?

To the OP you should check out a thread by Del55555 called 12/12 from seed, He gets impressive results and says its all in the genetics wether or not it will work.
