Capital punishment is just that punishment not a deterrent. We don't use it enough imo. Example would be sandusky, how many kids lives did he destroy? Time he was skinned alive. Just my opinion I could be wrong.

I will make this statement, if an inmate is murdered in prison, the criminal justice system will deal with the crime.

And yes, a murder inside a prison is different from a murder in society.

As soon as a person decides to commit an act that will land them in prison, that's the risk they take. That's the difference. Innocent people on the outside of prison do not make those choices. More of a waste of time explaining this to you as you'll just keep arguing without even reading or comprehending anything that's said, ah-la that long thought out post I made last night you didn't even bother to touch on.

Why not secure them in prison in a manner which will not allow them to kill other inmates... like they do, unless they were not deemed a threat but then suddenly cracked. So what about rape in prisons? Maybe we should kill off any prisoners who might be a rape risk.
