Any plans to stock these anywhere in the Springs area? Would probably be a good call, very few centers stock seeds and all the clones suck.

Yes! We would love to get to some of the centers in the Springs. If you've got one you frequent and they are interested, refer them to the website and if they pick up beans we'll get you a special multi-strain pack for the introduction. Otherwise, we plan on doing a sales trip to both the Springs and up in the hills in the next 60 days or so.

Excellent...we'll chat then I'm sure.

Just a heads up that we're planning on doing a X-Mas seed special in December where Snow Goddess, RTD and Shooting Star will be on sale. The pricing hasn't been worked out yet, but I'm guessing that its going to be something like 25% off those selected packs. That means you can get a 6 pack of seeds for as little as $37.50. It could even get better than that, but I'm not sure how its going to work yet. I'll try to get a post up here when we've got the details sorted...but twitter and facebook are the first places you'll see it posted. So check the crew out on facebook http://www.facebook.com/pages/303-Seeds/153448351383369 and @303seeds on twitter if you're a tweeter

Heres shots of one of my Snow Goddess females...selected heavy on the Goddess! I love this stuff...
Happy Thanksgiving!

Nice Budpatch. I'm getting ready to start up my Shooting Star journal this weekend. I've got 3 going on their second set of true leaves.

Thanks CAS -- keep an eye out here for it. Since 303 caters to CO patients I figured this would be a good place for the journal.

I work with a center down here in the Springs and we have a lot of genetics, but who knows I might be down to try some of these varieties out.

Nice! Glad to hear they're all healthy...looking forward to the journal.

Order them through your center and you can get them wholesale. Also, if your center stocks the seeds for retail patients we'll get your OPC grow a cutting of Ski Train...or another tested mom from the Ski Train collection.

Just got my hands on 3 packs of Ski Train and I'll buy 3 packs of Snow Goddess when they go on sale. I like how 303 Seeds' vendors are well stocked.

Can someone give me a ballpark height of these strains in 5 gallon buckets? I recently did TGA's Qrazy Train and got my second best yield ever, but the plants were pretty out of control for my basement grow. I'm doing Querkel right now and that strain suits my space better. Which 303 Seeds strains should I buy if I want to grow smurfberry bushes in my basement?

Nice pick up Osburn! The Ski Train could be the Smurf you are looking for...check out my grow of it here
https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/468116-ski-train-303-seeds-budpatch.html

The genotype I got in that grow is nice and short, yields good and is super potent. I've just started testing cured medicine from that plant and will have the pre chop photos and a smoke report in the thread this week or next.
The other one you'll want to look at if you have limited space is the Shooting Star, the mom for that was a super squatty, dense indica Sensi Star that gave everyone a super narcotic bear hug.
Snow Goddess is one of my faves...as I love the Goddess Kush, but it will stretch, so you'll just have to put it in bloom earlier than a Ski Train or Shooting Star.

One thing to remember is that the plants grown from seed will stretch a lot more than mature clones of the same plant. So if you get something that stretches maybe a bit more than you'd like, remember that clones of that genotype will be more height manageable.

Hope that helps...thanks for supporting your local breeders!

Thanks for the info. I'll pick up some Shooting Star instead of Snow Goddess. Can't wait to try these strains out, but have to wait until my Querkels are done.

It's a dream come true being able to support local seed companies. Back in the day when I needed some seeds, I had to book a flight to Amsterdam. I really hope that local seed companies begin to have more power and influence on the MMJ industry in Colorado kind of like what the seed companies enjoy in Amsterdam. I have seen way too many OPC's with nice plants, but with questionable genetics and that kind of stuff matters to people like me and it will matter to even more people as Colorado's red card holders become even more educated about all things cannabis.

Have you guys thought about opening up a brick and mortar shop? I know the overhead would suck, but it would be so cool for there to be a local "seed bank" on the Front Range where you could buy some flowers, seeds, and F1 clones directly from the breeder.

Of course, I imagine that place every day. The seed shop idea is probably coming, but it will have to be attached somehow to a center, as the centers are the only ones allowed to retail marijuana products. I know at least one that is considering it...
We should be providing clones of our genetics by early 2012. We are sorting through everything now getting the best of the best of the best.

OK, here it is, the news you've been waiting for....SEED SALE! Hit up the site for details, the seed sale is on though the end of the holidays.

I just took advantage of the sale and got three packs of shooting star. So far so good with the 6 ski train seeds that I planted last weekend. 100% germination rate.

I tried to send you a private message, but I don't think I have enough posts yet on this forum to send one. Could you send me a private message and then maybe I'll be able to respond to it?

though I had 100% crack and show tails, only 4 are popped through soil so far for me - it's the environment, I can see pythium (damping off) on a couple of em :( need to make up a batch of tea real quick to spray em down with (for those who don't know, you can lessen the chances of pythium taking hold by spraying your seeds/medium with a good microbe tea spray - i compost my greens and use the runoff as my tea spray. the microbes and bennies in the mix will fight off the pythium and other seedling killing pathogens). this weather is killing me with humidity right now :(

Nice germ rates!

A week after I threw the Ski Train seeds into some rockwool, all of my seedlings now have vigorous root growth coming through 3/4" cubes. I just put them into 4" x 4" cubes. So far so good. Let's see how they react to having access to that much water at such a young age. I grew Positronic's Citraal a couple of times back in the day and liked the strain. And I like anything crossed with Trainwreck so I have some high expectations for Ski Train.

NOOOOOOOOO! Sad to hear...damping is something I have nightmares about...makes me shiver just to think about it. Don't worry though...plenty more where those came from!

Here's my Ski Trains at 9 days. They handled the transplant well and sucked the 4" x 4" cubes dry in 2 days. They're going to be slowed down a little bit by some Shooting Star cousins that I decided to plant for the hell of it yesterday.
