Ever since I got into dwc I'd rather look at the root balls then the plant itself, anyway awesome thread I'll be posting pics once my girls are bigger.

This grow has a lot of firsts for me, first hydro grow, first CFL grow, and first time using something other than mystery bagseed.
These are Mosca C99 BX-1 and were 4" seedlings 3 weeks ago. The first week they were on half-strength nutes and hardly grew/started showing N deficiency but after a res change to full strength they sprang right back up like weeds do. The back right one is still kinda runty, it got hit the hardest.
I am sold on DWC, it's so easy even for a total hydroponics noob like me
I know I can and really should get more light in that tent, I have tons of those bulbs so I'm just gonna pick up some Y-splitters and screw em all in. Tonight I'm gonna start putting together a reflector for my ghetto CFL fixture, gonna
a few times and cruise the DIY section for max inspiration.PS I've dropped those lights a lot lower since I took those pics, felt wrong at first coming from HID but I'm getting used to it
if you guys see any room for other improvements I'd love to hear them.Will post more pics with less words in a few weeks

Im currently on my 2. grow DWC.
First grow was a Honey B and Violater Kush from Barney´s farm. 4 weeks into flower my 12.4kg lamp snapped from the yoyo and crushed my Honey B completely, damn it was a sad day
But the Violater turned out great !
And my 2. Grow is 3x Big Devil Autoflower and a Honey B Motherplant.

Here is USB microscope shot of a Bubble Gum nug I harvested a month ago from my 3.5 gallon bucket. MMMM Icy goodness in about 2 minutes.

nice bud porn bro..i have some G13 and Amnesia Haze (feminized seeds) in the seedling stage.
those two babies are my very first dank bud grow..ive grown for yrs,but always grown bagseed.
i even have one DWC later turned into RDWC under my belt
i plan on taking clones to grow in RDWC again..i love the simplicity of it

Here is couple Sugar Black Rose just harvested ten or so days ago.. nice smoke and plant. Only cloned (1) because it was a freebie and wasn't expecting much but number two is 3 times as big so yum! Threw my Blue Cheese root mas in for root porn!
I get traces of purple in all my strains in the winter months because my temps go from 68 to 78 daily.. so makes some interesting buds. Never effects them just some leaves get purps.
