Down the street from me... I am going to stay away from what I know about themAnyone heard of Element Collective ?? They were on the news this morning about their grand opening today. Place sounds pretty legit and claim all thier meds will be tested. Anyone else know anything about them?
what the fuck is wrong with people that they would pay these ridic prices. hopefully patients are smarter than this and this place wont be around for long.Yeah I think they are in cahoots with 281, my buddy says they are doing " 75 an 1/8"
Same wtf I would pay that to another patient b4 a club. Hell I wouldn't pay that to a club ever.what the fuck is wrong with people that they would pay these ridic prices. hopefully patients are smarter than this and this place wont be around for long.
nice how they advertised themselves in the local media to police. this is the exact same thing alan sobol did 2 weeks before the 2811 club got raided by the phoenix police. the only clubs that i still see in operation are the ones that keep quiet about what they are doing.I don't expect them to be around very long if the article in the az republic is accurate. My parents and my wife's parents were asking me about it and the article states that they will reimburse patients a fair value for donating their excess med's to elements, and in turn they will provide those med's to other patients. The only people that are allowed to be reimbursed for med's are caregiver's and they can only be reimbursed for actual cost's. if they are actually giving money to regular patients for excess med's it violates our current law.
For sure... Your Avatar is bad ass by the way.75 an 1/8 is highway robbery, better off going to a street dealer
I heard it was $45 1/8th at this place. I think someone might have misspoken.
The places business model seems pretty airtight actually. Pretty much exact business model that AZCS is using.
We shall see! I did notice a couple of shady things however.
1. They buy their meds from Caregivers around the valley and want it all for $150oz. LOL @ finding Caregivers willing to sell it for that.
2. The lady who runs it seems to be a lawyer who got disbarred for Real Estate scams in the Valley
3. It's all the way up in North Fuckin Phoenix. Fuck that noise
They are fucking crooks like the rest of them, I believe that is like 600/oz.75 an 1.8th god damn that's a lot of money. I'd go just to see how bad it is... but I'm poor and who the fuck can afford $75 an 1/8th
That is the issue the only person the caregiver can sell to is their patients. I do not think the law would look kindly on your meds being sold to patients other than those registered under your name at DHS.They buy meds from Caregivers AND the Caregivers have to sign up as growers for Elements. Apparently.
I think each patient has to sign something saying their meds can be given to others. This is the key to the collective format. That is the issue the only person the caregiver can sell to is their patients. A signed affidavit does NOT stop arrests. It protects the organization in the event of a law suit in civil court... All patients and caregivers are protected under the Medical Marijuana Act of 2010 but the organization is NOT... So by having the affidavit signed by a patient or caregiver now takes away the CIVIL aspect of the situation but leaves the criminal part still open.. they are not violating any civil ordinance but they are violating criminal statues. If that makes sense at all to you...I think each patient has to sign something saying their meds can be given to others. This is the key to the collective format.
