I was planning to stay for a while since i personally know the landlord it wont be an issue.

Yeah the best advice: dont get a loan for this! What if you crop is fuck by humidity, mold, spider mites... if you are more capable than the average Joe (that's what you said) then it shouldnt take you long to save fkin 5bricks... good luck, it will be easy the get a loan, banks are the devil.
