DADT was not being enforced equally. All it did was oust gays and cause them to get booted from the military. Ron Paul believes in the no fraternisation rule for everyone. Just like he believes in rights equally for everyone, even a tool like you.
Flip flopping is defined as changing your mind, pandering to your current audience or current constituent base. Why would Ron Paul pander to what is considered more in line with democrats than his republican base?

You don't take the thought process far enough. You look at an article and like a hungry lemming you bite. In the face of irrefutable evidence you fall back on "because someone said". lol no he didn't he never said that either. Home schooling he is in favor off. He wants local not the inneffective dept of education running things. Our standing in education compared to the rest of the world has dropped since the Dept of Education has formed.
People don't say that either, you made that up. What he does have the power to do is use executive orders to undo the unconstitutional executive orders all Presidents have issued. He can bring our troops home.

Who do you think wields most of the power? It isn't Congress its the executive branch by far. Congress gets to appropriate the money. The executive branch spends it the way he wants too. Who do you think appoints all the cabinet members? answer the President. Do you actually think (I know you don't think but just pretend) a president would appoint someone as a cabinet head who differs from him very much on the issues?
Earmarks are the way to go. That way local powers have some control and the money gets back into the hands of the ones who paid it out.

i can post another video where he says the goal is to privatize all schools (i.e., abolish public schooling).
