Been two days of drying and they're still feeling pretty soft. I've got three cardboard boxes full.

Just checked the temp/humidity in the cardboard boxes. 73 degrees, 54% humidity. Checking for mold daily, but I didn't get any mold on the samples I dried so I'm not too worried.

Here's some pics of inside the boxes. I just kind of winged it on the boxes, next time around I'll probably map it out better and maybe make something out of wood. But this seems to be doing the job for now.

The last picture is my Stoned Immaculate. Probably going to harvest here when the Northern Lights finishes drying. Not enough room right now :eyesmoke:

Ouch! Our air conditioning has been acting weird lately. Finally got it looked at by the landlord. Apparently the entire pipe was full of ice and now I've got to keep the air off until it all melts. Fun stuff! Luckily it's only 82 out today. Later in the week it'll be around 100. dodged a bullet there.

For the time being I've turned off the hps and put in a CFL. It's nothing much, but it'll keep the light cycle going and it won't be for too long.

Checked on the buds drying and they're starting to get dry to the touch. Probably going to give them 1 more day, 2 tops of drying before I throw them into the jars.

I'm probably going to finish up smoking the first plant today. Tiny tiny harvest but a fun smoke. I'll miss it. But it was just a bagseed from schwag. So hopefully the genetics of my known strains will make it that much better.

Smoking on some northern lights right now and it's amazing. Haven't been this high in a long while.

I took some samples a couple of weeks before I spotted amber and it was an all right smoke. But the finished product is a little overwhelming

Just rambling between episodes

Hey guys, just checked on the buds and it looks like about half of them are ready to be thrown in jars. The larger buds still probably need another 12-24 hours.

So far I've got 2 32 ounce mason jars filled almost to the top.

The weight I've gotten so far is 33 grams dry, but I still have more than double that still drying (I think)

Hey guys. Final dry weight is in!

Looking at the plant I guestimated about 2 ounces which is around what I was aiming for.

Final weight for Northern Lights

85.98 grams + 3-5 grams That I smoked while while they were drying and samples from week before harvest.

Comes out to 3 ounces 4.98-6.98 grams from my first plant that i sowed.

Pretty happy with it! And I've still got another beauty going until probably saturday. She's a little smaller but I'm expecting atleast an ounce from her as well.

On an unrelated note, I sat down and starting to learn how to roll a joint which is something long overdue. But now that i've got a bunch to smoke I figured it was time. Anyway, long(very long) story short at some point while rolling it clicked in my brain and i realized what to do.

Didn't come out too great but meh i'll find out how it smokes tomorrow with my wife.

Also a pic of one of my favorite tops. It wasn't the entire cola, just the top of it. I couldn't fit the rest on the scale. Almost a full 7 grams

If you're still around kevin, i'm going to be looking into some new strains for my next grow. Anything you'd recommend? :bigjoint:

lol what kind u looking for mate cheeses or sumat but on my next grow want to grow real uk geneics but try get a blue dream or sumat like that bro love to see a proper grow of blue dream..cant get it ere fuckin wounded..

I was thinking about buying some Cheese strains next, can you recommend any ones in particular? I was thinking Kaliman's Cheese Quattro mixed pack of like 4 Exodus-dereived cheese strains...Half off on the 'tude right now...

i just checked on attitude they're sold out of blue dream, i'll have to keep looking. Looks like it's a cross between blueberry and super silver haze? I've heard nothing but great things about super silver haze. Sounds tasty, i'll definitely look for that one when i start my next grow.

I'll look into the cheeses too. One of the strains I have going now has some jack herer. I'd like to try jack herer, have you grown/smoked it?
