Well im out of the box now she outgrew it FML now im growing in the closet hahahah i'll post pics up in a few days when i have it all setup but i lined it with plastic and then with Mylar.

Flipped the lights on to do a check heres some picsHPS is still warming up also im working it so my lights are on during the day 7am-7pm or 6am-6pm instead of 8pm-8am by bumping up the timer a few 1-2 hours every few days until my goal is reached. Just put the hydro in the flower "closet" also now my flower box is a veg cab with a surge protector CFL light strip like first pics on thread. I have my sour cream, amnesia and burmese kush in there for another week or so then im putting them in the closet and Im planing on using all my lights or as many as i can to flower them all.

It changes the plants colors just like fall time and the trees my man You can let your room get cold also like the last couple days to week of grow ive gotten purple stems and pistils that way but i didn't let it get to cold this time around im going with straight ice water the last week or so of bud

I've heard that wen you grow plants outside if u harvest them the day after the first frost then the buds will be purple. And ive also heard that growing plants at a low temp will make them have purple buds. Will ANY plant be purple if you grow at a low temp the last couple days of the grow? And wat temp?

Question. Would you be able to post instructions on how you did your coffee can hydro? I've got a few of those folgers buckets I've wanted to do what with. Does the coffee smell affect the plants in a noticeable way?

Soak em in soapy water then in ph'd water if your worried about smell but i just rinsed mine and i dont smell coffee. To tell you the truth buddy i cant for the life of me remember how i cut the hole out just flipped it over traced the top of the yogurt cup and the cut it our slightly smaller then the outline but i dont remember fully i might have found something slightly smaller and traced that but i know that i cut it out with a razor against something hard to get a better and more clean cut. Its not glued or anything just sits in the hole and the lip of the yogurt cup keeps it from slipping through. With all my bubble bucket dros i run a rope air stone thats flexible so i can wrap it around the bottom and get a more even air through out the res if i need more i'll add another pump and an long enough air stone to cove the bottom from side to side in the middle. Also i just cut squares out of the yogurt container nothing fancy just make sure you have two res for every plant you plan on growing for easy res changes and a simple hole cut in the top of the folgers lid to fit the air lines. Just have to try it yourself man ive only gotten purple stems and a few pistils but i heard sativa does it more and i grow mostly indica. So its suppose to be 76day and 65night give or take so about a 10 degree difference well drop it 20 at night see what happens but you will need a hardy strain and try it the last few days then next run the last week then next run the last 2 weeks. You gotta do your own tests that the best way to gain knowledge just use what people advice you to do or tell you and make it your own manOne dude in the outdoor section has a sativa that changes crazy colors if he gets an early frost i will see if i can find it.

I say bust out the hash and the bongs A few more weeks need to hurry up and go by so i can see some nugs damn it! hahahaha This whole couple months between flowering girls is bullshit i have to figure out something better but this time they are all pretty much different ages about a week apart sets of 2 so i will harvest about two a week for a month or so Just have to wait to a set finishes so i can start another 2

Are those 2 hanging on the sides 250w or the 125w ?

Those are 80w 5000k 5500lums the smaller ones are 26 wat 2700kand6500K 1750 and 1600 lums so 264w in CFLS and 150w in hps. Last grow i used aroudn the same amount of cfl and got just under 2 zips with 12 plants im hoping with the added veg time and extra light i pull that much or double it off my widow the other 9 plants are just added weight and just so none of my light foot print is not used im trying to get every bang for my buck like always If i get 8 to 28 grams off each i will be happy cuz i could have up to a HP but thats dreaming slightly hahahahah. I plan on adding another fe hundred watts of cfl here in the next week so i will have around 600 watts 450 coming from CFL. Also im running 2200K, 2700K, 5000K and 6500K and im thinking about adding a UV-b light for added tric production. just have to work more air into the grow before i add more light. But just from the 12 hours of light yesterday the widow has grow a grip and the buds have blown up im getting really excited for this one

Fuck i wish i had 125-250 watt cfls then i would really bang out shit but i like the smaller ones better then put off less heat and are easier to keep cool the 80w i have now are hot as hell unless a fan is dirtectly blowing on them just like the 150w hps but only about half as bad the fn hps will get hot as shit if theres no air going on it.
