If you had known her, you'd know that 'stubborn' is a given haha. I fed her once at 600 ppm, but I used tap water that cam out at 650 already so it was more like 1200-ish ppm. I think I'll be switching to r/o water on this one at least, but probably all of them.
Kev's bitch is a doll. Hasn't given me any trouble at all so far. Not even a burnt tip. They are growing really fast. The tallest is 16 inches tall, but that's why I wanted to grow vert. I like the look of 'trees'.
A good ScrOG is always impressive, and 100 perfectly identical plants in a SOG is a hell of a sight to see....but who doesn't LOVE seeing a 4ft+ tall plant in her full bloom and glory? It's a beautiful thang.
I have a plan to build somthing like this, but on a smaller scale:

I'll probably use 4" instead of 3" fittings, and only stack two plants instead of 5. The tubes are filled with hydroton, but I'm thinking I'd fill mine with coco coir.

I love the idea of vertical growing, I've been looking into this for the past month or so...check out this setup I'm thinking about copying...

Obviously have some concerns with this setup, but it seems easier than a flooded tube vert grow...Just think the bottom of the rockwool slab might stay water wet longer since it's top-drip...

I have the skill to build it but it has a 8'x8' footprint...Id have to make a lot of changes to it. There's a member on here that goes by 'jigfresh', but before I knew him here, I saw him on youtube as 'scrogking'. He built a 'flooded tube' tube setup like that in a really small space, so it's not impossible.

So many different ways to play just not enough time huh Beans?

I would like to do some thing as such but on a smaller scale myself.I dig the vid Metasynth put up too.And of course jigfresh's setup is cool as hell.

Ideally I would have a bunch of different grow spaces. One for indies and one for sativas, One that's stable and never changes, for commercial cash cropping. A test room for new strains so I don't waste a whole cycle on a strain that sucks. And I'd like to have a experimental & myth busting room where I could try out new product on the market and different nutes, and to also put common cannabis techniques to the test. Things like UV to the grow, plasma and LED lights, intense pruning and training techniques, tap water v. r/o water, flushed v. unflushed weed....stuff like that. And I'd like space where I could try out different growing styles without having to gamble with a crop. Specifically TAG aeroponics and vertical.
I'd like to have a whole different are setup specifically for breeding. There I'd need a mother/father room, a clone room and a few areas to test out the new strains. I'd need a big mother room too....Ideally I want a bunch of different landraces from india, columbia, mexico, thailand, china, russia, afghanistan, pakistan and all over the world in my mother/father room, not to mention that I'd like to make some connections in the underground lone trade so I could possibly get a hold of some elite strains or something. I hope to keep doing this the rest of my life.

Couldn't tell.... as i was tryin to catch the ppm meter from fallin into a rez.In it went and the alarm clock went off.Guess that ones shot as i couldn't get back to it.

I agree Beansly.It would be funny to see guy's that are at each others throats on here get together like you stated cause they would more than likely get along fine in person if givin a chance.

I like the sound of that. 8 week haze....nice. One of my girls, 'edmonda' is moving on really fast AND it's a shorty. If it gets a boost later and turns out not to be just a runt, It could be that 8 week sog cut you're talking about. It doesn't show any signs of branching in the near future. I'm looking for trees tho, big plants that can fill out a screen and grow 3ft+. The SOG cut would be nice thought for that 'octagon' setup I'm looking at though. The plants have to be small (like 12- 16in. max) to run in that since theres 5 stack on eachother.
Ahhh I'll be happy no matter what pheno I get as long as it's strong! I guess I'll let the plants dictate what setup I use.
