yep, at the time i started this last year, i had a busted hip, broken knee and a fratured fimur. i knew there was no way i could build a wooden cabinet like i saw everyone using and i didnt have the money to buy a real setup, so i went looking for a cardboard box and this is what i came up with and have been using ever since. the box was $13 from the u haul store right down the street. i ordered the rest of the stuff online like fans and the computer power supply and nutes. the rest of the things came from lowes and home depot. so dont ever let anyone tell you that you cant grow good weed with cfls and in a cardboard box, LoL.

i read that the best light schedule was 20/4 for autos and thats what i have used. they've gone way past what it said they would grow in, 7 to 9 weeks, next tuesday will be 12 weeks but they are monsters for autos, LoL. autos will grow under any light schedule though, but i feel this has been the best. when i grow reg plants, i start flowering (light change) at 15 days due to limited space. ive had some done in as little as 90 days and one that went like 135 days. so i think im gonna stick with the auto type.

bro, there are so many strains of autos, i want to try them all, LoL. this is my first auto grow, but i have learned a few things. first, dont count on the time they say they'll be done in, also, the size, these are way bigger than what i expected. i think the extra watering i do do is because the lights are on longer??? but i do klnow one thing, i will grow more autos for sure. the 2 strains i picked, buddha syrup and sweet fast bud, i picked because of high thc claims20 to 25% and they were easy to grow so that might be some good ones to start with since you have been able to see that they grow well, LoL. my next auto's will be dna's 60 day wonder and short stuffs blue himalaya both from herbies. ive ordered from them twice now and no problems with shipping and the best prices on single seeds. thanks again bong!!

its day 82 here and well, theres still buds that arent ready yet, LoL. heres some pics. oh, also got a new light, a 24" t8 grow light, says its equal to 75 watts, $11 at walmart. i mounted it on the other side of the door, so the 2 24" are mounted up and down on each side of the door now. there fairly cool, might 2 more for the other 2 corners, cant hurt.

Everything I try to grow either does not sprout, is stunted, or dies shortly after sprouting.

it's some stuff i had goin outdoor's guerrilla style, on a power line and they sprayed weed killer on the whole power line. Trying to keep the tree's outta the power lines i guess, got ten big females i had up there. Each one was goin to carry a half pound or more. here's a pic of the whole plant.

yes, i have now seen some amber trichs on maple. the shit is kind of sleepy though, both times ive smoked the test bud, ive fallen asleep within 30 minutes, LoL. sweety is still a little uppy both it does stone you down.

day 83, just noticed some amber trichs on maple. i was hoping to cut sweety first, but doesnt really matter. the test but i cut off maple the other night is pretty good shit, ive smoked it twice now and fallen asleep within a half hour both times. dont know if thats good or bad, LoL. tomorrow is will be 12 weeks so i hope to cut this stuff pretty soon.

LoL, funny man!! ive been using this setup now for a year and a half, same cheap ass leaning box and the same fans and bulbs. ever since i got it all worked out, ive had to do nothing except add the 2nd story for a dam auto that was suppose to be only 20 inchs or so at most, LoL. the jungle gorwth soil has been awesome and i have added nothing to it, right out of the bag, great shit for $8 for either a cubic foot or 1 1/2, cant remember. but thats a lotta dirt for 2 plants. i wish i had used the size up in pots, i know these have to be soil roots. im gonna use my 3 gallon nursrey pot for the LSD seed i have, she'll have the whole box to herself.

same bulbs i started with over a year ago, 7 grows. ive only had 1 bulb that was giving me problems that got replaced. i do have 3 or 4 extras just in case though, LoL.
