its blazin 91 degrees!!
i have a 4" inline
4" duct booster
400W
2 silent small fans (clipons)
I reply fast on here i need help asap got the mnoey for any materials i need but doubt i ened anything else but lemme know something please and thanks!

Look as if you'd be better of putting the inline at the top of cabinet blowing out and the booster fan drawing in. Although, most of the time if you have an adequate exhaust fan you don't need a intake fan as you can just intake air passively. Right now it looks like you have positice pressure in your grow space, does it push the door open?
You want exactly the opposite of that. You want Negative pressure in your cabinet so that the door sucks in slightly, you can always check by going near a small crack with you lighter and the flame should be sucked in and extinguised.

The duct booster CFM rating is it's free air movement with NO resistance. If you add any resistance to that fan say a carbon filter it will quickly burn up as it is not designed to do that kind of work.

could cool tube that light or even throw some frozen just infront of the fan to try bring temp down a little. Is that 4 in inline bringing air in from anywhere?

the purple looking fan air is bringing good/cool air in and the
dust booster brining air out.
