Tbh Kev's the only one I've seen take the plunge and pay out for any Doggies Nuts seeds, Props & Respect to him for that, me I would have use that money at Sannies shop for seeds and get more strains for that kind of money, of assured bangin quality too but each to their own eh
. Has that grow box arrived yet and is it in use or did you not bother with it in the end kev??

I always thought they were rip offs considering all the better deals around on the same strains, I did hear they were supposed to be seeds made from the original plants that won the canna cups through the 90's but idk for sure. If I was gonna get Chronic though I'd get it from Serious Seeds

critical mass from mr nice dont right off m8, ive grown it a few times and wish i hadnt fucked the strain off for my clone-only cause the cm from mr nice yields and smokes very nice.

I originally ordered Mr Nice shit it was the only place that had them in stock, then they ran out so sent me the doggies nuts chronic as a replacement which were more expensive than what i had paid them for i thought fuck it i wanted to grow chronic at some time so may as well keep them seeing as i couldn't find Mr Nice shit anywhere at that time

I know what you mean about the critical mass. I've heard that it yeilds A LOT of mediocre buds from growers, but if you talk to shanti about it he say that critical mass grows really stoney, bubble-gum smelling/tasting buds. Idk, I might give it run someday.

Thanks for the heads up on the chronic. I wanted to grow it cause I've heard it's a huge yielder but fuck it. I could get that in a better tasting strain from MNS. Have you ever ordered strait from Shanti. Most people get 22 seeds instead of 18 and they're cheaper. Plus you get like15-25% off just for being a forum member.

ok sorry for this long rant in advance BEANZ but if i made a thread about this ad be ignored and we are on the subject anyway , but any one here in IT or is a TECH enthusiast will know what over clocking is , well for all of you who do and have been in IT for a while you will remember the good old days when all you needed was a p4 and some cheap intel mobo to over clock it to kingdom come all you had to do was re write the bios and flash the board and you could change voltage clockspeeds no limit, i did this to all my equipment my vid cards ram and procs were always to hot i made most of my water cooling all i ever bought was the cpu block and the rest i made from shit i found in home deport, it was so fun that this is actually how i got into comps , so slowly i realized we replaced all the master ocing gurus for a bunch of marketing now they sell boards that oc for more money a lot more money like a whole $300 over a mid range atx so we replaced smarts with money, you know got these kids that are 12 with i7 cores at 4.9ghz cuz there dady bought them the $5000 water cooled alienware, you know why overclocking was started, to beat he corperations to get more from your tech than they intended thats why we jailbreak ipods and unlock phones but now its a business you no longer have to flash any thing you just splerge on a $400 board and it comes with all the features you want. this anoyed me a lot cuz even a few generations ago when the duel cores were being intro duced i had a PD805 and some cheap intel 101 board and i flashed it had that fucker at 4.6 with a cheap as board and a lot of heat sinks but no one thought of it as good cuz it was only $300 bucks worth of parts, i then stoped ocing i am now on a i7 at 3ghz with 4gb at stock speeds cuz there is no more fun in it anymore, so why you telling us this mugan you may ask. well good question, i say this cuz i think this is what is happening to horticulture not just MJ but farming too, like for example these days people pick threads to read by how much ppl spend on the gro , ( i got 1000w on 2 plants baba kush or $1000 medi gro) titles like this are wha am talking about i have seen people use 2 1000w lights for 4 plants , i don't get it when people like riddleme grew a pht plant with a single cfl and some guy on here grew some hydro plant so big with just 150 w. its marketing. wasn't the reason for growing mj your self to save mula, then WTF is this people are loosing the ability to be innovative and following like dogs at what ever new product gets thrown at them. this BTW is why the gov will not legalize you think they make taxes with legal mj no they make so much more with the indoor lights and the hydro nutes and the hormones and shit god forbid the day i can just go to my back yard and plant some pot in home made soil and get 1lb from 30 bucks. this is why i can't get this seed its too pricy i had never looked at the price until now and i can see what happened to overclocking happening to us and its sad

Yeah man I remember when I used to play around with the bios and try and over-clock my shit. I went through a few computers trying that it lol. Good times... Now I'm just happy to have a working computer that connects to the internet. But It's a good point you make about the canna industry. The nutrient, soil, and seed companies have perpetuated so many common misconceptions that it's hard for a person just starting out to figure out. Especially if you've never grown anything in your life. Seed companies want you to think that they have the dankest, prettiest, most potent genetics and that every plant you'll grow will be a wonderful keeper...
And the soil and nute companies make money telling you that your plant need all kind of special hormones and different additives to 'make' your plant produce good bud. Andd the sad part? 99% of people fall for it...I know I did.
I can't belive you didn't know how much those seeds cost. Part of the reason so many people were watching was because no one's ever bought those seeds and done a journal.
