Id say blue had a pretty darn good line of attack ;-) but yeah either way nothing to freak over hehe remember you could be dealing with worse issues lol :peace:
Yea I searched around quite a bit about the issue. It seems to be a good flushing method for single container flushing as well.

I'm down to one lady. My yellow leaf Extrema was a male and I don't have the space to keep it as a male to produce seeds.
Time to see what I can pull from my single lady. 4-6 oz dry would be pleasing to me this round.
I was really hoping for an Extrema female. I am 0 for 4 with the Extrema. Either died or males. Better luck next time.

Waddup everybody?? So I went in my closet today, and my 10-11 week old girl in my DWC was starting to look real, real bad....all of her leaves were lime green, and probably 25% of her leaves just fell off, without any extra force. I decided there was no point in trying to let her sit it out for another 3-4 days to mature so I went ahead and harvested her, there will be pictures in my grow if anyone is interested in seeing them √

Anyway, to the good stuff.....now that Ariel is out of my bucket, all I have inside of it is Daphney, the LST Scrog. Since I have Way more room in there for her to spread her legs, I went ahead and mounted the screen up better, and raised it to about 8 inches. Just went with that number cuz I saw Blu was using it Lol. Anyway, after a lot of work loli-popping her (which I might have trimmed a little too much, but I'm not too worried about it, because at worst she'll just take longer...This is a land race weed, and I'm not too worried about it hermy'ing on me.) she finally has complete air flow, and room to stretch. Anyway, for those of you who hated my screen, I hope that the pictures I'm about to show you warm your heart, and know that Daphney (even though I have abused the shit out of her Lol) is much safer, and much much more like a Scrog now, and not some ghetto LST √√

Definitely.....high water temps, and for the life of me I can't figure out the other problem. I'm pretty sure the high water temps had I not caught them earlier, would have killed my roots. I'll be topping my res off with cool water everyday around 3-5 (Lights on at 10am), hopefully that will help the water temp issue. Now I just have to figure out what she's getting too much off. My guess is Cal/mag, but without an EC meter, I can't check PPM levels. Not to mention she's been abused from day one...monster-cropped and got WAY out of control, I really didn't expect that much growth, so I had to punish her Lol

Hopefully this hasnt been answered already but how are the res's changed. Are you just draining out the bottom and topping off trough the top?

Hey nixusr,

You can just see the two valves on the bottom of each cooler in the bottom picture. I attach a hose to them and run it outside and open them up to drain. Then the cooler you can see in the lower left corner, which is my control res, has a pump in it pumping into each grow cooler constantly to recirc the nutes, which normally just drains back into the control cooler, but when you open the valves on the bottom of each grow cooler, the nute solution just keeps pumping out of the control cooler and then out the drains out of the grow coolers to outside.

Did that explain it well enough? It's pretty easy to drain the whole thing, just open the valves and let the control res pump itself dry. Then I just refill the control res and let it pump back into the system after I've closed the valves.

Flower Day 9 for SLH and Blue Chz, Day 3 for WR. They're under a MH at 250W, will change to HPS at day 14...maybe up it to 400W if I can keep the heat down. The Moby Dick and Exodus Chz are on veg day 48. The video is hard to hear when I talk about these two, but I'm not sure what I'm doing with them; wheather to keep veggin them, clone them and get rid of the big plants, or move them to flower and flower 5 smaller plants and pick the best of 3 to keep on growing on the next round. If you have any ideas let me know. Thanks.

ray are those from seed or clone you didnt say. if there from seed, clone into flower to sex. you can 12/12 from cutting n shorten the know time. if there clone then estimate the finished size of plant verses flower area n kick off accordingly into 12/12. if you want to save a strain or make a mother clone by all means. it all depends what you want to do. unless you really f up there is no right or wrong long as it gets the results you want. for every action there is a reaction... by the way they look nice n healthy... showing skills :)

They are all from seed but I'll be cloning them when each strain has been flowering for 3-4 weeks....depending on how much they show pistils or not.

I've decided I will post...Maybe some of you more seasoned ScrOGers can give me advice as I progress through this grow? I'll be sure to update as I go along.

I'm currently running one fem'd "Ice" from Nirvana under a 250w HPS in a 5gal. bucket. I veg'd for 5 weeks under a MH and recently flipped her over to flower only 3 days ago.

Nutrients:
Sensi Bloom A+B (pH perfect ver.)
Bud Blood powder
Atomic Nutrients Ben. Bac.
Atomic Nutrients Ben. Fungi

Bud Blood will discontinued and replaced with Big Bud (powder) next week.

The first one was taken the day after the switch. The rest are from today, 3 days after switch to 12/12, the last was taken with the light at its normal operating height.

im not a seed guy so far so havent had to worry bout sex but i would cut a clone fron each n throw straight into 12/12 to sex for sure before i vegged n found after all that effort n time i had sompin with nuts :) it also takes too long to get clone back to veg from flower for my taste. i prefer to clone in veg only unless im looking to monster crop. i do have some mc going to see the results but to be honest so far im not really into it. jmo

and maybe an update?

Here's my baby at the start of her 6th day of 12/12, but the screen appears to already be full

Would I be safe using a 250w HPS to cover all the bud sites if I were to allow the existing growth that's past the screen to mature into buds? There's also quite a few flower sites stretching towards the screen that should get into a well lit position within a day or two. Main branches have really slowed down on the stretching, so now it's just flower sites that are reaching the light.

Strain is Ice

Lemme' know what you think ScrOGing gurus!:eyesmoke:

Looks good Ofofo.
I personally like to strategically remove fan leaves that are blocking other bud sites from getting light.
Once you remove a few here and there then you will notice your inner growth start to spring up and grow bigger.
Also you should trim off the undergrowth from under the screen.
It will help with air circulation and also help to produce bigger budz up top of the screen.

I guess it's time to go Edward Scissorhands on my plant. I tried to leave as many fan leaves as possible on the tops, but I made sure they were tucked under the screen. I'm tucking all the vegetation I can right now because I read that it's less stressful on the plant; thus preferable to trimming. This works for the most part, but I can admit to having 6-8 new flower sites that are overshadowed by the quick-mofo right next to them. I'll be sure to thin out some growth tonight, Blu!

Thanks :)
