Whodat strain? Cause like everyone else said, super frosty. And thank you everyone for the love. I found out Saturday but the doctor confirmed today.

So my question, do I just forget about flushing since I'll have an 11 weeker in the same cooler as an 8 weeker?

Thanks Ray :-) its a mystery clone I got from someone and havnt talked to the persone in over a year... odd, lol

I guess you dont really have a choice then eh? Maybe could get away with lowering the ppm... Actually you could run nothing but water for a few days in dwc and get a good enough flush without hurting the 11 weeker, if it starts to yellow then Id give it nutes but should be ok for just a few days. The topic of flushing is a big issue with peeps and Iv herd it all from both sides... So all I can say is what I do and its this, If im using synthetics nutes I flush,, if its organic it get no flush. DWC systems dont hold allot of medium that salts can build up on so I guess it dosnt need a 2 week flush like other hydro systems. I think a 5 day flush is fine in dwc. This is just my opinion and how I do things, Im not stating anything as fact lol sorry but I wont get in a flushing argument because it always leads to nowhere haha :peace: and congrats again!

Very classy whodat on the real I don't even flush with my nutes but they are mostly organic. Ray whodat already said it shouldn't hurt ur plants to give them straight water for a few days way I see it is on ur eleven weeker u could start trickiling down ur nutez by then anyway at least I do as they don't use as many nutes at the end of maturity. I'm running my girls to there fullest extent this way until they are done how I prefer them and then a quick 2 or three day flush at the end and this is only to get the excess of built up metals in my nutes out of my plants. Ray u can even just not flush it will not be a problem and to be quite honest ur strains are of good genetics either way and the flavors are still gonna shine thru flush or no flush. U don't have to flush its all about preferrence bro. Hope that helps and as whodat said everyones got an opinion we all do things in preferrence that fit our own grow styles its not an issue to argue over one thing or another I'm def not here to put anyones grow styles down matter of fact I. Find I'm learning all kinds of things from everyone lately. Keep up the good work and keep it classy yallz. Lol just got done blazeing the last of this chernobyl I'm working on on some snocap now. Happy growing all. I'm doing a scrog next so I'm just here for the ride for now. Peace.

You are in the same dilemma I was in before I switched to individual rez for each plant.
My plan of attack was gonna be a gradual flush.
Most flushes are sudden and stressful to the plants.
If you gradually step it down then you can get them both flowered in the same rez.
Say one is 8-9 wk and the other is 10-12 wk.
Shoot em both to finish around 10 wks and then give the other one an extra week of strait water and make it to wk 11.

Basically what I'm saying is to run nutes normally til around wk 8 then cut the PPM in half and run it for a couple days then lower PPM again.
Do this over a few days until you are as close to strait water as possible around wk 9 1/2.
Then you can go the remainder of the time with strait water.
This is a gradual flush as opposed to a standard flush and is not as sudden or stressful on your plants.
And you should be able to finish them both in the same rez.
You 8-9 wk plant should be covered in amber trichs by this time.
Good Luck to you and Happy Growing!!

In my closet grow I had buckets for each plant, but now I'm just using 1 cooler. I don't know what I'll do just yet, but I guess I won't stress over it. Thanks Whodat, DL, Blu, and everyone else.
