I will never get over the embarrassment of belonging to the same species as you. You are a monster, an ogre, a malformity. I wretch at the very thought of you. You have all the appeal of a paper cut. Lepers avoid you. You are vile, worthless, less than nothing. You are a weed, a fungus, and the dregs of this earth. And did I mention you smell? Monkeys look down on you. Even sheep won't have sex with you. You are unreservedly pathetic, starved for attention, and lost in a land that reality forgot. You are a waste of flesh. On a good day you're a halfwit. You are deficient in all that lends character. You have the personality of wallpaper. You are dank and filthy. You are asinine and benighted. You are the source of all unpleasantness. You spread misery and sorrow wherever you go.
this has to be one of the greatest paragraphs ever written on these boards or any other. we have all felt this way at one time or another about some fool that completely lacks any redeeming qualities. i'm going to copy this down and use it from time to time, it so perfectly sums up the frustration of dealing with some of the less desirable aspects of debate.

The Tao of Political Debate? The Song of Loathing?

It is missing a Title in order for it to be a proper work. That and an author.

It would be lame to use an alias don't you think or is that the ultimate irony of it?

Mavericks VS The Heat are the teams according to NPR.

The Heat is the Favorite so the Under Dogs are the Mavericks?

Dude has a trophy tattoo already so the Mavericks are fired up?

From the commenter on NPR the prediction I made could be true but let's see.

Any one following the Political Evolution of the NBA playoffs?

I don't follow normally so I'm not trying to promote a Sports section in the Politics forum.

I am learning what NBA playoff is really.

Who is the Under Dog in this? Is that political?

I understand there are sides to consider. There are economic and cultural issues isn't there.

ok so far your "I-ching" is incorrect...Dallas came in the underdog..and the Heat beat them in the first game, but it is a seven game series ( first to win four games )..and everything can be political....

No! If I knew all about Basketball I would be playing. I don't other than the news reports of late.

So I said the underdog with the supportive player and such I think.. Nothing in Stone! Trust me..

If it was a Crystal Ball look then it would be UHF Static.. ( Got To Be old to get that )

Oh I realize that...I'm glad the heat are winning...made a bet in Vegas earlier this year for this so I'm feeling good...but I did enjoy your prediction, but if I believed in things like that I would have to start believing in Jesus and Zeus..

Back in the day televisions had 2 dials, one for the VHF band (Where most broadcast stations had channels. like nbc, cbs, abc) and one for the UHF band. The UHF band was relegated to public access TV and there was never much programming available except in certain cities. We didn't have remote controls in them days, we had little brothers you could beat up if they didn't change the channel for you.

What is this projection TV we call reality anyway? Sure can't buy it by the pound but it's supposed to be that real to you and me except we didn't live here before we were alive and we assume we don't live here after.

Hey, I was thinking of Shakespeare:

poetry | prints | cine | home
William Shakespeare - All the world's a stage (from As You Like It 2/7)

All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players:
They have their exits and their entrances;
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages. At first the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.
And then the whining school-boy, with his satchel
And shining morning face, creeping like snail
Unwillingly to school. And then the lover,
Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad
Made to his mistress' eyebrow. Then a soldier,
Full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard,
Jealous in honour, sudden and quick in quarrel,
Seeking the bubble reputation
Even in the cannon's mouth. And then the justice,
In fair round belly with good capon lined,
With eyes severe and beard of formal cut,
Full of wise saws and modern instances;
And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts
Into the lean and slipper'd pantaloon,
With spectacles on nose and pouch on side,
His youthful hose, well saved, a world too wide
For his shrunk shank; and his big manly voice,
Turning again toward childish treble, pipes
And whistles in his sound. Last scene of all,
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is second childishness and mere oblivion,
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything.

In my personal derivative religion?

I'd say that pattern is all any of this is. I think there are mathematics that will shamelessly define us all.

On the God or Creation level? I have to go Creation that creates the incarnations of God.

I hope you were asking that question.
