She said yes! How a sap like me landed her I don't know, but she said yes and has the ring on! Thats all, just excited had to post it!

congrats Guts,

for the guy whos been married 5 times at 33, i gotta say holly shit. I got one ex wife and 2 kids and im 33 and trust me thats enough lol

so guts, how old are you and how old is she?

give us the details homey.

How long have you been together, & how long have you guys lived together?

getting married young is a bad idea in this age for plentyful horny bitches and long life spans.

only way i would ever get married again is if she made more money. Other than that, getting married is just a peice of paper that says she gets half your shit no matter how good or bad of a wife she was.

only other reason to get married besides the other person having more money, is if you are reaching older age and losing your looks and are truly ready to spend the rest of your life with them.

other than that theres really no logical reason. gurls who would leave you for simply not tying the knot are def not the ones you wanna marry anyway :D

the fun part of marrige is the beginning and then later also, having the kids, its amazing. but you can do that out of wedlock too.

just make sure you dont take her for granted and that she doesnt take you for granted. thats when people stop trying they think they got you on the hook forever,

I'm 30 she is 27, together 3 years lived together just over a year. she is a nurse and I'm on disability so the money part is there! I get 1200 a month and she brings home just over 5k a month. Well 30 isn't old but it is starting to get older, while I haven't lost my looks completely, I've lost just about everything else! (old job, old house, etc.) I have over 100k in medical bills. I am filing bankruptcy to clear my medical bills (no credit card debt or loans just medical bills) and as soon as that is done we get married! Oh yeah she paid for the lawyer!

I heard a diamond on their finger acts like a dam, blocks the floods ;)
We went to kay jewelers the next day (yes I actually asked with a plastic ring) where she bought her self the ring she wanted! 1/2 karat certified solitaire set in a thin platinum band! we looked at larger but her hands are small and they looked awful.

lol, yes... VERY good advise... & one more.. always, ALWAYS rinse off your dishes when you are done. No woman wants to scrape food off of anything.
I'm the house husband! I do all the cooking and cleaning! breakfast in the morning before she leaves, a lunch packed and dinner ready when she gets home everyday! She works enough, the least I can do is spend an hour or less a day picking up!

Gratz man! I just got married on the 13th of February! Shit's absolutely fantastic! And fuck a divorce rate. How could that shit possibly translate into someones own relationship unless mainstream "norms" have seriously warped your mind and heart. Obviously, more people do get divorced now, but shit... I'll blame that on...? Jersey Shore? Idk, some shit that doesn't effect me.

AHHHHH!!! Gratzzzzz!!!

Lack of communication is the #1 problem. That and people getting married for the wrong reasons.

isn't love the only reason? lol but people do throw them ring's around. People say I married too young. Which may be true, but I've never felt such a strong draw and love towards a person that hasn't faded one bit. I don't see anyway people could assume I'm just too young. But I guess to each their own.

Congratulations man, my fiance and I are getting married in the summer. I'm kind of like you, I'm on disability and my old lady is a professional like yours, but mine's an engineer. So I stay home during the day too. We're going to Vegas to get married, it's gonna be lots of fun. Keep tokin-

My husband and I met in a bar.....22 years ago next month.

We've been through some really rough times. We would take things one day at a time, remain detirmined to our comittments, and not be afraid to humble ourselves to each other when we are wrong.
Oh, and we never, ever, make disrespectful comments about each other, publicly or privately. <---- that's just our policy, but it works for us. :-)

Although both of us have changed 22 years, I can honestly say that both of us are more in love today, than we were in the begining.

Congratulations and blessings to you. Love is a wonderful gift.
