Calcium deficiencies are often accompanied by Mg, Fe, and other deficiencies I don't wanna bother you with. The major signs of a calcium deficiency are in the leaves like yours, which show dead spots, crinkling, spotting, and small brown spots.

If the pH of your root zone is off, then your plants won't absorb calcium properly so you have to make sure that you have the right pH for your medium. Read as much as you can about pH and cannabis because different strains tend to have different nutrient problems, but calcium, magnesium, and iron deficiencies often appear together. From know on you know that!

Do as I told you. After Foliar feeding, supplementing with Cal-Mag and correcting the pH, you should expect to see new healthy growth within a week.

well i flushed it with 11 gallons of ph adjusted water and foliage fed with half strength nutes and i will get the lime stuff tomorrow so we shall sit back and wait. will it be totally stunted as far as resin and bud development or just new growth all the way around?

Actually the stress could play in your favor, lets hope it does but at least the problem will be contained and you have learned a lot

thanks to you guys.how is the bud sites lookin from an experienced grower any way despite all the problems i am having now lol i am hopeing to get at least 1 or 2 ounces wish more but i have no clue

ok so i woke up this morning and checked the ph and it is sitting at 9!! so if i go get ph down is dolomite lime going to raise the ph cause it is usually used when ph is to low just want to make sure dolomite lime will be the solution with cal mag if i am having high ph problems

How come your PH is at 9? what did you feed the plants?

i flushed with 11 gallons of spring water and foliage fed with not even 1/4 solution. but i got the garden lime and just now put 2 teaspoons in a gallon of water and added to the soil now much garden lime should i use to foliage feed them for an 18 ounce mister

I'd try to give her the less possible, but.. still... are you sure of this? what was the PH of the water you flushed with? what are the leaves saying? such a drastic PH shift is terrible for the whole plant and it should be showing it! you shouldn't attempt to correct more than .5 points per day as it'd stress the plant enough. If your PH was in the 6 range yesterday.. how the hell did it go up to 9?

it was at 6.8 when flushed run off was 7 but i think my ph tester was wrong i am with you how could it go up that much.so i went and got the garden lime and some spring water flushed her again with about 2 gallons of spring water and added 2 teaspoons of garden lime to another gallon and added.the lower leaves around the bud sites and some of the fan leaves look great still has a nice healthy green to them but around 3 nodes before the top the leaves are a pale green and the sides look sharp the serrated kind of upwards.the top has holes and twisting with some rusty spotting. with adding the lime to the soil should i still foliage feed her the garden lime and how much should i add to a 18 oz mister ?i figured i should wait about a day before i ph test the soil to give the lime some time to kick in

If run off was 7 your PH was around that too I'm sure but please check your meter and get back to us. If 7 or 6.8 is the right number then you're still on the right track and the plant should remain healthy as you describe.

you can continue adding it. But you're already in the right range so I'd do it just once more and then let the soil dry and do it again. Dolomite acts slowly and It'll stabilize your soil keep up !

well i have been battling the ph it for some reason wants to be around 7.5. i have put the lime in at every watering and for a day the ph is at 7 then the next day its at 7.5 till i water again. the veins have lightened up a little but there is far more twisting and discoloring on the top. she has not grown at all is a little stickier but thats it. i have no clue what to do i have been foliage feeding it the lime in very small amounts but it does not seem to be working if i harvest now will i even get anything off of it?
