the girls are looking sweet Mineralz, you should have no worries changing over to flowering, they can handle it! Just wait till you get some narly dank buds so fat you have to tie them up, keep focused on the prize bro. BTW_ nice looking fan and filter, ought to be sweet. Kudos on the flower chamber, I wish mine were bigger, my skunk lady is almost 3 feet wide already.

Just a quick update. Not much happenin yet. The leaves and the nodes on all 3 plants seemed to fluff up and fill out a little more, but other than that..nm. We have had a small routine of rotating the net pots every couple of days. Trying to give both sides of the plant more DIRECT light. The female in the back got taller by 3-4". I'm hopin these babies fluff out like no other. SCROG is still up for grabs. If we dont this grow then it'll definately be an option for another. We're still working on the flowering room. Kind of took a breather on the construction. Did a lot of work last couple of weeks just tryin to get things in order. Got NEW ducting for the flower room as well
Nice and shiny. We also picked up a 4" 80CFM inline-fan from Menards for an intake fan. The carbon filter and the other fan packs 200CFMz so that'll be the exhaust. Only thing that kinda has me worried personally is the humidity. Today it was at 70%, which tbh at the start of flower I'm not so worried about it. We're definately gonna pick up a mini-dehumidifier and some stuff like DampRid or whatnot. Its a compact space so hopefully it shouldnt take much to get it down. We have really hot summers as well so that'll help later, but just to be safe..
The sight we see when we open the tent now. The smell is just overwhelmingly STRONG. Really nice skunky/hazy smell to all of them. Ventilation is good because temps are in the low 70s almost always. The HPS bulb kinda has me concerned. I figured itd be brighter?? Maybe its just me cuz I'm newb, but still...gonna do some research on that one. The model of it is a PlantMax. Hopefully I didnt receive a different item than the one I purchased as a substitute or some shiz.
Heres the runt and the clones
The runt is looking nice and healthy. She fluffed out a bit. We have her in the CFL cabinet now with the clones. Transferred some water from the big tanks to fill her bubbler so shock wouldnt be an issue. Unfortunately we have ran into our first problem of this grow
The runt's rockwool seems to be covered with a whitish mold. Its starting to make it way to her stalk, which is DEFINATELY NOT OKAY with us! So what we did was removed that POS rockwool cube she was in and kinda "buried" her in the clay pebbles. She's short but STOUT. Her base is a little smaller than my pinky, but I feel like a dumbass for not seeing it sooner
Stunted growth --> my lack of experience in knowing what mildew looks like. Ah well....such is the learning process I guess. As far as the clones go, we took 2 from Kyla and 2 EACH from the females. Trimmed the leaves off because they started drooping almost MINUTES after we cut and moved them. They're in these nutrient cups my wife found at Menards. Supposed to be like cloning gel. Looks like a clear pudding cup and you just poke a hole in the lid and stick your clones in them. We wrapped the outsides with foil to keep the light out so hopefully it'll work. When we first took the clones, we came back and checked on them like 10 mins later. They were all laying FLAT and the leaves just curled up and went saggy. We trimmed those off and let them sit. They perked back up on their own so I hope they pull through. Never grew before let alone clone so I figure if it doesnt work I'm not out much I still have 3 bigguns that are doin friggin awesome

Its a goal of ours to be sure! Thing iz we still have 7 or 8 FEMINIZED seeds we havent dropped yet. I wanna make a cloner pretty badly and we're really considering decking out some BIG ass coolers. Maybe one of those 7' ones that could fit the whole length of our flower room

The only bad thing i think about that is it might be difficult to grow different strains at the same time if they sharing the same reservoir. Some strains ppm tolerant is different from other strains. But then again since you have the space you can grow all of the same strain for 2 months and then just pick a new strain. But in my situation with limited space i have to invest in individual buckets if i want to grow different strains at the same timeIts a goal of ours to be sure! Yea the mystery strains are kind of a damper in that aspect. We just wanted to see if we could succeed at growing lulz. I would really like to try some WW, Bubblelicious, G13 and something really purple like Hollands Hope or something for next grow.

WORD. One thing Im never going to do again is mix strains - ESPECIALY feminized autoflowers with mystery sex plants like White Widows. The Widows took of and raise the lights at double the rate of the auto's growth. Plus I would have liked to have stated flowering the widows at this point, but I have six pants per resv, so all the root madness is tangled beyond belief, so now Im waiting for the autos to bud and be finished so I can dark period the widows. Amateur mistake on my part. Had no idea the growth in my closet would be so aggressive and overwhelming.

'Nother update all. The ladiez are still getting huge. The back female has grown almost 6" in the 3 days of 12/12. In total, all 3 of them are roughly 14-17" tall each and around 12-14" wide thusfar. The other 2 are bushing out and getting taller as well. Nice color. Topped off the rez's today with plain water. PPMz were in the 650+, but we're starting them on Bloom nutez this weekend so they wont be needing nymore Veg nutez
Heres the runt of the bunch. She's definately grown some as well. Seems she likes the CFLz a little better or something not sure. Everything is VERY compact and stuff. Kind of hard to see theres so much in such little space. Still worried about the mold issue we're having with her. Cleaned up the rockwool and whatnot and removed all of it completely. Only thing we can do is hope she gets over it at this point. She's not the center of attention by any means, but we'd still like to see her make it. Stuff to buy for future occurrences??? HELP
First shot is of the new ductwork we're installing in the flowering chamber Top right of that pic is where the 80CFM intake fan is. On the other side of the "wall" will be the 200CFM exhaust fan with the filter. The clones havent made much progress, which honestly I dont expect them to make it as sad as that sounds They're not dying I guess, but they're not growing either. No signs of roots yet. Who knows.

We are making a few more investments this weekend Picking up some garden netting, an Acurite digital Temp/Humidity meter, DampRid or equivalent, Mini-A/C with dehumidifier, and some stuff for innoculating our plants(Flouromite or something like that). We are swapping the 3 bigguns into the flowering room this weekend and putting a net over them so we can SCROG. First time for everything right? lulz. Pretty sure we're going to go with coolers as well, but only time will tell. We also ordered our next batch of beans. Got FEMINIZED Bubblelicious and FEMINIZED White Widow both Umm....thats bout it for now me thinx. Next post they'll be in the flowering chamber with the net and that opens up our tent for a whole new ball-game. Pretty excited. If nyone can give me some tips on LOWERING humidity that I havent considered or realized PLEASE inform me! Thanx for reading all. Happy Growing!!

FLOWER DAY 6
Pretty big day today. Rez change, final under-canopy trim, introduction of Bloom nutez and SCROG screen as well as a transfer into the cabinet. So herez pics of roughly before and after. They were out of direct HPS light for roughly 10 mins each while we swapped them into their new 3gallon black buckets. The leaves were doing their usual saggy look when we rez change and then they always perk right back up. Picked up another Tetra Whisper dual-port air pump as well. They were on sale for $18. Each bucket has its own 5" airstone and holds roughly 2gallons of nutrient solution. Not really what we wanted to go with, but we couldnt get stuff situated with the coolers so they're gonna have to wait Buckets were $3 a piece and we used 2" foamboard with reflective siding for lids. Completely light-proof and we liked that idea so we ran with it. All of the girlz got a lower canopy trim today when we transplanted them. The fan leaves on them were pretty huge and bulky. The tighter nodes halfway down the plant were having trouble so we removed the majority of them. Opened up a lot of space for light and gave us some good shots of the branch structure. The lower 5" or so were pretty puny, but the actual branches on all of them are nice and thick. Nice chandelier effect. Root systems were INSANE. Trimmed 30% of the roots off so they wouldnt inflate the buckets too much. Now they're so thick individually they're almost immovable objects lulz. They're all showing tendrils or preflowering spots everywhere. Kyla is looking hardcore female thusfar. Nothing but hairs or w/e all the way up. We hope. Should know for sure within the next week. They all got full-strength Bloom nutez as well. I figured if they could handle 1000ppmz of nutez by accident, then they can handle 1100 to start off with. We mixed all the water in a 6gallon bucket and PH'd it out the best we could then filled each bucket from it in turn. The smell from these girlz it pretty intense. Got nice and skunky while we were trimming and moving them. I guess my carbon filter does work afterall lulz.

Humidity levels dropped almost 20% like a half hour after we moved them. They're all roughly 14-16" tall now and about 12" wide. They all have at least an inch or two above the screen now from the main cola sites or w/e. When they start fluffing out again over the next 4 weeks or so hopefully it'll fill in. Didn't really plan on doin a SCROG at first, but the more I researched it I figured why not. I know most start the screen during Veg, but we're not THAT late I dont think. At least not late enough to do more harm than good. The last 4 days they've grown on average 6" and they're "squatted" under the screen now so *fingers crossed*. Never done this before so I'm excited to see em this time next week.

I like seing what youve done with the lower leaves. I need to do the same with mine. Im going to do one or two a plant every day or two - so no shock - I wasnt sure if you could do that, or if its supposed to be done (my first grow too) but now that I see the goodness of it Im going to. I have tons of flower nodes and whatnot down there, so they dont need the leaves since theyre not getting light down there anyway I figure.
The roots in mine are re- tah-ded. Six plants worth all tangled into a spagheti mess, so cant trim them. I suppose I will watch water and nute levels every day now since theres an overload of rootage and the possibility of overabsorbtion (can tat happen? can you have too many roots in the resv?)
Im showing hopes of flower nodes, cant wait to se something growing NO DOUBT, instead of speculating and hoping. Keeping the faith. Routing for your crop as well.

Heres the ladiez around 2PM earlier today. Not a whole lot of change, BUT growth nonetheless. They got around 3" taller in the last couple of days. I expect to see more nute burn tbh So far just the lower canopy smaller growth is OUTLINED in yellow, not really the leaf matter per say, but if you were looking at the leaf from the side you could see a yellow outline. The upper canopy straight fn shot through the roof! All the "sites" were below the screen or MAYBE 1/2" above it...today all the major shoots were above the screen maybe a couple of inches. We are investing in some pipe cleaners as well so we can tie them down to the screen. We're trying to get most of the lower limbs to at least a couple of inches below/above the screen and so far it seems to be working. I didnt really see them when I looked at them today, but in the pics I noticed maybe a hint of trichomes? Definately some sparkle here and there. The smell is still nice and getting nicer! Humidity dropped to 60% from 90% in 2 days WOOT! We havent installed the dehumidifier or anything like that yet, but we definately LOVE the drops. Temps are staying at 74F with lights on. Idk bout temps with light off, but Id say around 65ish? Lot of rain and today was a bit chilly as for the rest of the week we've been told. I tried to get a few shots of the actual stalks. Preflower and tendrils are frickin everywhere. Granted I've never seen a bud site in real life before, but I can probably take a good guess now. The screen seems to be doing okay. I could still use some more detailed instructions on the actual TUCKING/WEAVING the limbs tho. Basically the way we've been doing it is trying to make the branches grow horizontally until the buds actually start to swell up and rise above the screen? Yes/No/Maybe So?
We also invested in a guard dog lulz 8 wk old full-blooded Aussie Shepard. Smart as hell. Just wanted to share

Watch out with these animals. I walked into my grow area and found my pothead cat in there eating the lower leaves. He woulda ate more if Id let him. He's a fiend for the leaves. Was kinda funny though, and I can respect where he's coming from. Its nice in there. I have the same spindly tendrils and whatnot on all my caps and sites. Its very comforting to see. Running the red spectrum only - no grow wavelengths (blue , green, yellow). Hoping this will help the plant concentrate on flowering and less on "growing"...

Supz all Quick update. So today was the day I FINALLY know the gender of my girlz. As suspected, Kyla is indeed FEMALE! Tried to get some shots of the upper nodes and stuff. White hairs are all over. I havent seen them in a couple days so I was uber-excited! Did some re-arranging with the girlz. The runt got put into flower today. She's so tiny compared to her sisters that I literally expect her to just turn into one BIG bud. Yield will prolly be shit, but hey...even if its 1 oz, its 1 oz I didnt have before so..yea lulz. Seen some minor nute burnz on Kyla mainly as expected. The other 2 look okay. Some of the leaves farthest from the light kinda went a little droopy We raised the light up another 6" or so and that seemed to really brighten the upper canopy up so hopefully that'll help. PH levels havent really evened out quite yet, but they're getting closer. PPMz in all 3 went down at least 300ppmz so I was glad to see the ladiez were eating some of the food on their plate. They sure are frickin thirsty tho! Close to 1/2 gallon a day thusfar and they're stretching like mad! Width and heighth is definately gone up about 4" over the last couple days. Did some organizing under the screen today as well. The MAIN cola sites just made themselves EXTREMELY visible. The lower branches on all the ladiez are roughly 1-2" under the screen, but they have made tremendous progress with the trimming and stuff. I figure a couple more days and there will be at least another dozen bud sites above the screen. Guiding them as best we can and it seems to be working okay for us thusfar.

PH -> 6.5ish on all 3 buckets (dropped to 5.5 and topped off rez)
PPMz -> 1360 avg.
Water Temps -> 72F avg.
Tent Temp-> 73F
Humidity-> 60% (dropped from 90% to 60% in 4 days. hopefully when this rain clears out we can get to at least 50%. Thinkin we may need some help)
