Yes I think we should all have equal rights...In the case of violent criminals and death row inmates...They should be dealt with swiftly and in many cases executed if not they should be released and given opportunity and afforded all the same rights as any other person.

I am not placing blame just trying to bring light to a situation that I think needs to be addresed, not all law is just and I believe our justice system should represent what is right and in some cases such as this the law needs to be changed or enforced as originally intended.

I would like to have the ability to protect my wife so if someone broke in to rape her I could shoot them and I would like my neighbor to have a gun so if he saw someone raping my wife he could shoot them instead of calling and waiting for help. And if someone shot someone breaking into their home I do not think they should have to worry about if they would be prosecuted or sued.
