G13 Pineapple Express and UFO Skunk #1 from Attitude. First Time Hydroponics Grow

She smells like when you first open a bag of fruity pebbles!! I'm bummed that I wasted space with the sharksbreath cuz the pe is so much bigger frostier denser. Hands down she's blowing sharksbreath out of the water.

Damn, I've yet to notice the fruity smell, but then again I have a ONA block next to my filter so I smell that predominantly every time I go to check on her. Went by tonight though and I could smell a semi-sour skunky smell when I opened the door, checked the filter and the duct had come un-taped on half of the filter, so it wasn't being used at all essentially. And it must be a good plant to be mad that you wasted space on another strain, hah.

I gotta month to go so I'm hoping the sharksbreath fills out around the 5-6 week otherwise I'll be really pissed.

Went by tonight and definitely noticed a fruity smell to the buds...I gave a few a squeeze and it reminded me of the semi-fruitiness that some purple strains have. Very delicious smelling. Now I just wish the buds would start to pack on some weight, and for the stretch to cease as I only have about 2-3 inches of vertical room left before they're too close to the light.

I picked up an oz of PE about 2 weeks ago.Shit tastes awesome,still have about an 1/8 left.Picking up some more and some heavy duty tooty fruity in the am.

Hopefully I'll be picking up a lot more than that in about 4 weeks haha. I've had some before though, or what the person at the time claimed was PE, and it was some killer smoke, but no idea if it was true.

You can see about half of them, unfortunately the other half are hidden. Either way I'm hoping for a nice yield too. Halfway there, 4 more weeks and I guess we'll have a good idea of what she produced.

She's still stretching it seems, I don't know what I'm going to do if she goes any further...she's already closer than I'd like. If I put my hand above the tops it begins to get a little warm...not too hot, but not as cool as it should be. Beginning to smell very fruity, it's very weird that puffntuff mentioned that right before it started happening. I'm not sure if this is common among PE either, as most of the stuff I've read about it has failed to mention a fruity smell. Tried to get some bud shots, does it look like they should be filling out more by this point? Or is the fact that they are still stretching a reason for the slowed bud production? I'd assume that one she stops stretching more or less, she'll start to pack on weight.

your grow is looking good mate, happy times. Your defo gonna get a good yeild from that!. I have got me some G13 Pineapple express seeds for my next grow as i have been really impresssed with the results. As you say she is a bit of a nute whore so we should get on just fine, since my biggest problem has been over doing it with the nutes!!!

Wow fella looking good, I have upped my nutes now, not got a meter to test but I have upped it to what I did when I first started flowering and all my babies are now loving it, think that the laast time when I had nute burn was because I switched to the flowering nutes and immediately tried pumping them full of the stuff lol! Had a few wasps in there the other day, really hope they dont think there are making a home for themselves! Went in the next day and they were all on the floor just walking around, looked stoned lol! Do you know if they can do anything to the plants? You sort the temp thing out? Luckily the temp has dropped here again and is more ideal now. Your plants are looking awesome man! Mine have stopped growing upwards now or as far as I can see. I reckon that if yours are still stretching then that the buds are going to be a little slow but thats not fact just my opinion mate.

Nice man, definitely a good strain to have it seems. And she has yet to give me any nute problems with each bump up, so you should be fine. Update your journal! Haha

I've had a few wasps flying around the area my plants in as well, I killed the only one I could manage to get to...the rest have vanished for now. I have no idea if they can have any negative effects on the plant, but I know I don't care for wasps so I don't ilke them around when I'm tending to my garden. Thinking about getting a Doktor Doom fogger, guess I'll wait and see if the bugs get any worse. Every time I open the tent and the light shines out little mosquitos and such start heading into the tent....but it doesn't seem to be too big an issue. And thanks, she's far exceeded all my expectations for this grow so far, so I'm please with her. Can't wait to see what I can conjure up with two plants going at the same time...should be a jungle Now if she'd just pack on some weight.

You tell me, everything seems fine as far as I can tell And that's what I assumed, glad to have it confirmed. I'd assume the stretch is nearly over? She's almost double the height she was before I started 12/12.

Most of what I've seen on PE has maintained that the stretch isn't too bad, about double the original plant size, which is about where I'm at so I don't think she'll stretch any more. I underestimated her potential and ended up growing her about 4" off the bottom of the tent to get her closer to the screen....turns out that was a mistake, as I could definitely use that 4" of vertical room at this point. Wont be underestimating next time around. The actual TOP of the plant is the closest to the light by about 1/2"....I noticed the sugar leaves are starting to orange a little, from what I assume to be too much heat. I took the reflector off the light and it seemed to decrease the heat dramatically...just hope its enough. Didn't notice too much of a decrease in light intensity so I assume it'll be fine without it for now.
