i wanna switch my whole shit up.....when i was rockin soil, i just kept 4 huge ass moms.....so i was limited to 4 diff strains cause thats all i had the room for and all they were doing was taking up space....so when i switched to ebbnflo, i decided to switch the whole mother situation up because of the perpetual i harvest every 3 to 31/2 weeks now, so i can have some diff flavors at all times....i can keep about 10 short bushy moms in the same area that i kept my 4 huge moms in....so hopefully it all works out....its just a long and tedious process to replace my old moms, while having to veg up new moms,but i still gotta rock the old huge ass ones cause i still need cuts in the meantime...all in a limited ass space....

i stumbled across that light on craigslist homey, new in box for 30$....dude got it at a storage auction, and had no use for it, and he really didnt even know what it was i dont think, cause online this same light goes for about 120$....maybe he was just a cool dude trying to make a buck too.....
either way....i got a good light outta the deal

Just a quick update, mainly to get pics up so everyone can see whats going on in ganjas lab....heres a couple pics of the sour diesel(tray#1) on day 18 of 12/12...they will be getting moved to tray#2 on day 21.....so far, havent ran into any problems with the sour d...pretty easy to grow every time i've grown it....all ive done is maintain the sterile rezzy and keep ph, temp and ppm in check...so here they are....
....heres some pics of the ones that are veggin in the bubble cloner, and will be going into the flower room in 3 days...its a mix tray of more sour diesel and some great white shark and some chocolate kushs'...and the tray of cuts pic is the chocolate kush cutts i took for the tray that follows tray 2.....
....heres a couple chocolate kush, great white and sour diesel that my wife grew....first grow...but she rocked it....they will be done in a couple weeks or so....
....and the last set of pics is of my veg area...i use 400w metal halides for veg...the blue hempy buckets are my up-n-coming moms...one is afghan kush and the other is 707headband...the lil green cup hempy is a romulan that is screaming to move to a bigger pot...just ran out of perlite...so it will happen tomorow....the one in the white pot is my jackberry(green pheno)....i also have a new jack herer, jackberry(purp pheno) and a new sour d mom in there also....the 10 in soil are my outdoors grow(4 soud d, 2 afghan kush,2 great white and 2 kaya47)

correct,i think i have had that light for bout an yr now,same bulbs too.
i like the light alot,i fit 9 1gal pots under it nice,i veg for around 6-8 weeks/12"-16" what ever comes 1st.
if u can mix the lights,soft white/day light for a more even growth.

way to many homey..lol...um first thanks for the compliment and yeah there is alot going on right now....reason being is im wiping out my old moms and making room for all the new strains(except the sour deisel..she will never leave)that i was recently blessed with...what happened was, i got sidetracked from my grow for a minute and i had to leave my wife in charge...she basically kept me above water, and thats about it...but thats all i needed her to do...all that mattered to me was i didnt lose my moms,because its important because with me setup perpetually,i gotta have cutts and cutts and cutts...but i came back to plants that were alive, but werent taken care of, they way me or you would have taken care of them, ya feel me?...im not mad whatsoever, but it just set me back...so that is why there is so much shit in veg, right now...usually the only thing ill have in veg, is the tray that is about to go into the flower room next...but even so because the SOG,with 2x in each tray X3 trays is 7x,plus at least 3 trays of cutts is another 7x...so the answer is at full capacity 4 ish..but because i started fresh when i got back...and im just getting back on track, about 2 girls at the moment....and believe it or not the only bitch is trimming a high number of small plants on a continuous basis...other than that the ebb-n-flow is so damn easy its like hydro with an autopilot button.....

Hey drd...thanks for checkin out my journal.... to answer ur question, my plants usually end up anywhere from 12-18" depending on veg time....

yeah my old lady definetly played her part, and i though it would spark her interest but as soon as i took back over, she was done with it....

anyway, stay tuned and you will be able to see for yurself how big those buds get.....ganja

whats up guys...i need some help with the seedling that i started last week...*little background--i NEVER grow from seed*so im a newb at that...
heres the deal..i germed em in paper towel,til they popped a nice taproot...placed in 1.5" rockwool, until taproots emerged from bottom of rockwool, then place in the hempy cups...NO nutes used...only phd tap water..temp in 72 and RH is 40%..they looked bueatiful until the final transplant into the hempy....Just from what i gathered online to me it looks like overwatering...Is the rockwool wicking to much water up and it drowning them out???? Sucks being a seedling virgin, so damn finicky..lol...so let me know what u think..peace..Ganja

as for the seedlings, perhaps try using a clone method/technique and up the humidity and low light?!

i think im just gonna keep them where there at and let them dry out...the crazy part is, is that other than the enitial rockwool soak, ive never "watered" these seedling...i misted them a few times...but thats it...BUT when i transplanted to the hempy party cups, i filled up the rez up to the hole in cup....So im just gonna let everything go....be patient and hope for the best...thats pretty much all i can do at this point...Would me puttin the cups on a seedling mat and turn it up a little, help to dry the plants out faster, or just let it happen naturally???any input would be awesome, as im stuck with this situation
