whats up friends..So here it is...Ganja has decided to do another grow journal:clap:thank u thank u thank u....yeah right...everybody is prob like who the fu$k is this guy. I am a regular joe...Been growin for a couple years...got maybe 10 or so harvests under my belt...far from sannie or subcool or Gudkarma:-P...but i strive to up my game everyday...i read grow journals and study techniques that i can put into use, daily...I love to grow quality herb...its my passion and would love to show u guys how ive put all of those long nights studying, into actual use....So sit back relax and enjoy!!!!Here goes nothing.....

Up until 6 months ago all of my grows were in soil in my 7x8 flower room...well 6 months ago i switched over to hydro and havent looked back since....I rock a perpetual, 3 tray(4,for longer running strains), ebb n flow table....Basically a tray goes in flower and 1 tray comes out of flower every 2 1/2 to 3 weeks, depending on strain...which leads me to this........

strains we be rockin:
Jackberry both purp/green pheno(sannie)
Kaya47(advanced)
sour diesel
great white(greenhouse)
Jack Herer(greenhouse)
blue dream

room setup:
1000w hps air cooled(upgrade from my old 4hunnys)
400 mh for mothers
4' flouros for clone area
8" vortex exhaust fan
2-6" inline intake fans
2 16 inch Airking oscilating wall mount fans
phresh air carbon filter

The process used to go as follows: cut clones from mothers, dip in gel and put in
neoprene collar and into bubblecloner....me and a buddy starting to do some experiments with rockwool and rapid rooters and bennies to explore other options...Dont get me wrong..the bubblecloner bust roots, no doubt...but im trying to go as simple as possible...rockwool=less shit to break down or suck up watts...I do 0 veg...simply meaning, once my cuts become clones and have an established root system, i pot them with hydroton in 5" square pots. I can run 24 to a 3'x2' tray with my 5" pots, so im gonna switch to 4" and i can get almost 40 in a tray...always experimenting....and from there they grow...and grow and grow...and the cycle continues....

I run a basic 3 part General hydroponics flora series...ppm varies dependin on strain...barely..but it does...so ill give more detailed ppm readings as the journal progresses...all rezzys ph'd to 5.5 to 5.8and temps of 66 to 70 ...................i also use hygrozyme,calmag,great white mycorrhizae,fox farm boosters(os,bb,cc)

so that does it...sorry for the long windedness(sp) ahead of time...heres some pics...my lab got a little off track for the last couple months due to me having a son and just life in general...but im back...less stessed and ready to get the show running....the first official tray..since the start of the journal, should be 18 sour diesels going in tomorow...so stay tuned and watch em grow big....thanks for reading and hope you join in....

thanks to rollajoint and RR for subbin...i cant wait to see the final product myself...no matter how many grow u got, i personally think that is what alot of us grow for, to see what that final product looks like....stay tuned for some fine ass nuggs....will put new pics up later tonight of the clones that will be going in next...ganja

glad ur along for the ride hoag...yeah man, the fluoros do the job, as far as rooting my clones...its easy, it works, why change it???im actually in the process of relocating the clone area to another part of the basement...work in progress...for now, the ol' trusty fluoro it is....no dougt about the vape...for the money, u cant beat it, does the job, and i get stoned:-P...so cool man, thanks for subbin...cant wait to get u guys some bud pics....2 weeks or so and ill have some...no worries.....ganja....

So hows it going everyone? all is well here in the lab..the first tray of sour diesel clones were rooted well enough that they could be put into rotation, in the flower room...so thats what i did tonight...potted up the tray and in they went....so i quess that means the journal is officially started....away we go!!!!:bigjoint:

OK...the first tray of clones is in flower...so what do i do next...this being a perpetual grow, i constantly have to have a constant supply of clones to fill up the trays....so the day a tray goes...another takes it spot in the line...so basically i clone in a 'perpetual' way too...like i said, im just making the switch from the bubble cloner, to rockwool...but my goal is to have 4 trays of cuttings, all cutt 1 week apart from each other....so basically, if all goes well...once the cutting is taken off of the mother, 4 weeks later it will be in flower....but thats if a month is enough time to establish-A.good root system B. clone is the size i desire..so its a work in progress...but at least i got u guys to rely on if/when i run into problems:-P

pix are of the sour diesel clones that just went in tonight...what u see in the 2 other trays are just a couple chocolate kush and great white that i got finishing up....but the journal starts on this tray, so thats where we will concentrate...the great white bennies...i just started experimenting with them, and so far i see a noticable diff in the roots especially...couple pics of some of the mothers...and i think thats about it....

i picked up these nice buckets at walmart with a few bags of perlite ...gonna start my new hempy moms tomorrow.

out of 5, three of ink's beans are super stars... one looks like a very retarted kid... and the other is in the trash. they're growing fast too.

all my mom cuts are rooted... the choc kush looks fab! ...everything is about to go into perlite.

out of all the shit im fuck with, i'm most curious about the super skuck as production herbals.

you forgot to mention you have romulan (federation cut) too :-)

as soon as EDIT gets that hash passion imma get two packs... 20 beans should yeild a keeper or two.

would love to cross that with my afghan kush.

whats up gudkarma???yeah i got the frothy rez under control(h2o2) stops it all, in its track. Im thinking it was caused by microbes in my rezzy...still havent made it to the shop, so i didnt get shit yet...ill be keepin a close eye on those hempy moms, because eventually i want to get my mothers all in hempty, then im done with dirt all together...runnin inkys' gear, aye???good shit man...i know you will do them right...make sure u get some pics of those when u get them up and going...i want a nice fat momma out of those hash passion.....ill have a mandala for you...peace ganja
