Its real simple. Mix high fat low salt, or no salt if you can find it, with finely ground bud into the crock pot, FORGOT TO ADD water, just enough to cover everything up, what a stoner thing to forget, if the water runs out add a touch more Homers 25:1 butter to bud ratio should work. Put the lid on it, and cook on high for approximately 2 hours, stirring every 20-30 minutes. Dont leave the lid off long, just long enough to stir. After 2 hours put on low and let sit for 2 hours more still stirring occasionally. After the final 2 hours on low turn the crock pot off and let it sit just a bit for the steam inside to settle down. Then pour the contents through doubled over cheesecloth into a seperate container. Pick up the hunk of green bud mass and squeeze out any butter remnants. Put the liquid captured in seperate container into fridge for a few hours till the butter hardens. There you go. If any butter makers out there have any input on my recipe feel free to correct or add on.
I made it but used too much leaf material, too much butter, and not enough bud. My wife got fried off of 'em, but I just got a head tingle. If you have a good bit of bud you should be real good. I am gonna make some more pretty soon with my vapor left overs and harvest trim in a few weeks.
