well i wrote what made sense so what your saying is cfl's are better than a hps and you will get a better yield with them and that tieing it down will not do any good that the top bud is not the most potent bud on the plant? about 24 hour lighting its up to you to choose whats best but its just logical that a plant needs some darkness..... just because i only have 214 doesnt mean i know nothing look up what im saying and you will find that what im saying is true, but hey what ever 3 months and his plant looks like one that has been vegging for a month, i wonder why........ im not going to argue with you people over the internet just look it up my info is legit.
What you're saying is assumed bullshit, nothing to do with botany. Read Uncle Ben's Topping Technique and you might be able to see how wrong you are.

Of course CFLS are crap. Any idiot knows that. If you don't think you have a lot to learn, you will never learn it.

he say she say ok buddy if you say so
Don't take my word for it. That's more bullshit. My point was to go to source material, not opinion.

You are blinded by your attitude. Believe what you want, but this is not about belief.

A lot of what Ed Rosenthal and the other famous marijuana cultivation writers won't tell you is their results are subjective. Meaning, having your grow operation running off of their do's and don'ts won't ever yield the same results as they got. I think the biggest problem is people have trouble understanding this, and this is where we see arguments. "But Jorge Cervantes says XXXX", "Well that's bullshit because Ed Rosenthal says XXXX" , "You're all wrong because this guy says XXXXX".. Do you see what I'm saying? These books are meant as a basis to learn from, not to emulate entirely. Take what these guys have to say with a grain of salt unless it's hardcore scientific evidence. YES, they have been growing dope for a very long time. YES they're very successful. But what they won't show you is the actual grit behind what they write in books. They didn't have someone writing books every other day so they could grow pot, they figured it out themselves. Just like we should be doing ; looking at the scientific facts and applying that to our grow.

Some of it is subjective, some is objective...it's easy to distinguish.

Autos generally don't. Otherwise, it usuaally increases yield dramatically. Particularly good technique for limited space indoor grows.

But, some strains aren't cut out for it, that's true.
