Rude advice from somebody who doesn't care about your feelings - hydro only

I like to help people but I don't like the speed of this forum and the way threads fly past my screen, half the time I can't find the thread to follow up on advice so I'm going to try this thread.

If anybody wants advice on hydro I have 9 years under my belt in aero, dwc, bio-buckets and hempy. But be warned....you might be offended so you shouldn't bother unless I'm your last choice. :mrgreen:

Do you know how to subscribe to threads? It helps me keep track of threads I'm interested in following. If it's not that interesting I don't usually bother. Each time someone posts in a subscribed thread I get an alert in "My Rollitup". I didn't subscribe to threads for the longest time but it really helps.:mrgreen:

lol! That's just it. No brain power involved. You simply click on thread tools and then click on subscribe to this thread. It's stoner proof! lmfao!!!!!!!! It's all good. I totally understand. I never used to even bother with it until recently. It really is easier if you find a particular thread interesting.:blsmoke:

go to general settings and make it subscribe you to all threads you post in, then all you need to do is post couple words like "i'm subscribed" and your done! lol

Hey Japanfreak, got a question for you. I use 35% h202 in my reservoirs at 1.5 ml/l. But sometimes I use more. What's the upper limit? Ever cook roots with the stuff?

Also, did you ever do hydro outdoors?

Don't know shit about h202, never used it. I've always just used water chillers in my recirc systems to keep temps under control and never needed to treat the water. No I have never done outside hydro but have seen a few.

I dunno, I think it would be a bad idea to be an internet asshole to people wanting to learn how to grow? we all should just really answer those "nooB" questions as clearly and to the point as possible (no flaming). I'm sure at least where I live growing isn't a mainstream hobbie, more niche than 2D fighting games heh.

but yea, being a jerk to someone trying to learn something new, is only gonna turn them off to it. this is really too new an industry to start being an elitest

See I look at it differently, most of this site is filled with e-parrots, people talking about shit they don't have any actual experience with. This thread is intended to give hard hitting advice to people who don't mind be being brutally honest to them, but it's to help people. Hopefully people with a sense of humor. Don't like it, don't come to the thread, if your powerful mind can handle that, which it might not, people don't have a lot of self control.
