nice bro...subbed up of course.and i see you start threads like i do...give all the info you can first off so you don't have 5 pages of people asking common questions...saves time in the long run.and damn we go through threads left and right...kinda sucks to see some threads die..but it needs done...great start to this venture...we are about at the same stages with our grows..should be fun this time around...as always

Yep we pretty much started on here around the same time and been going at it since :) I can't wait to see some flowers, still weeks out in here though haha!

No problem brotha, everyone has to learn somehow right :) Its at the top bar, "the bar under the thread title." Then go to the far right click thread tools and it will give you a drop down menu, subscribed threads at the bottom! Lmk if you have anymore questions and welcome! If you want to see what KandyKush looks like flowering and harvested visit my KandyKush thread thats just about finished up!

Looking good treez. Don't forget the hps will be alot hotter than the cfls. Keep the fresh air flowing and you'll have an outstanding grow.

Shit son, i dont come around to often but im guna have to come around alot more to watch this KandyKush turn out.... LOVE it, wish i could get me hands on some more pre 86 BuBBaKush...... have allways loved G13 WW to, so this looks like it shal be fun to watch.

did you just get a HPS? subbed. about to put up another update on the Blueberry Gum and my Kandy Kush. I have some questions for you about the KK whenever I get done studying for my exam.

Thanks puff!!! Yea I actually experienced the true heat of a HID this past grow, it was just a Metal halide supplemented with 2700k cfls :) Its not an air cooled hood and the ballast is mounted to the reflector so its double trouble.... Other then dealing with heat its been very supprisingl in flowering on my previous KK grow.

I haven't picked it up yet but I'm hoping to soon! I do have the 250 metal halide and cfl's to back me up though, just incase anything where to happen!

Hell yea man, I can't wait! I might have to put it off a few weeks but my girls have plenty of time to veg anyway :)

I have 1300 watts of hps going now and the heat is def no joke. I have 2 AC supply vents that I ducted strait from the main supply plenum and installed right n2 my grow closet and I keep the fan on my A/C set to on so the air is always ciculating even when the asking temp (I keep the T-stat set to 73 F, and yes between the lights and A/C always runnin my power bill is high) is satisfied. I also added another vent in the closet directly above the plants and it hooks to an inline fan that is pulling 640 CFM outta the closet and then runs to the other side of the house and dumps the air back into another vent I added in the guest bedroom closet. Even with 1300 watts going all this allows me to maintain temps at the tops of my canopies at about 77 F. I think thats pretty damn good. It helps being an AC tech. I also use my central AC system to control humidity as well. A lotta people don't know this but you can buy a device called a dehumidistat and wire it n2 ur AC system (central systems only!) and use it to control humidity in ur home. Here is a pic of one of the vents I added in my closet. Looks like it belongs there doesn't it! The part that looks funny is that there are 3 of these in one closet. All of the ductwork as well as the inline fan are in the attic.

That is so clean looking mass, I might have some questions for you when summer rolls back around again!!! I'd like to add something like that to my box, I think one would be fine considering the size? So you just tie directly into the main a/c duct basically? Is there anything I should know before I do it and should I clean out my ducts or anything when I'm up there :) Thanks for the help homie, +REP!
