It will be up to the dispensary to choose who they would like to do business with.
Real compassionate care centers will stay with their patients.
Drug dealers with stores claiming to be "medical" will sell to anyone they can because to them it's all profits.

If your care center isn't just a front for some dealers then you won't have to worry about longer lines.
If your care center does sell to the everyman then they aren't really a medical dispensary anymore and will likely change their title and pay for some other permit fee.
Kinda like an alcohol license.

Actually, marijuana is one of the most effective forms of nausea control I've ever encountered. All of my doctors agree and my chronic nausea is 50% of the reason I have a MMJ card in CO. You're post is downright offensive to real patients.
