Thanks GB, not sure if the garden is that great but your compliments are humbling. Trying to keep em healthy from start to finish has been a chore. Getting them through veg is a peace of cake compared to flowering. Struggling to keep them healthy becomes more difficult in my opinion, so I am kinda starting from the beginning with the set up beginning with water. Thats what the filters are for. Then like I said, the water sample is off to get tested so I get the best nutes to use with my water.

Have been getting the R/O from a local grocery store. Costs .28/gal.

Next will be the soil for them. I love the Black Gold and am using a blend of their Coco mix and Organic mix with added Per-lite and Vermiculite. This time I added a small bag of M/G Organic mix with nutes to help with their deficiencies later on. I know, I know, it's Miracle Grow but I had it from when the wife picked up some dirt to do a up-can of a house plant. She thought she was helping.lol Its pretty diluted ( 8 quart bag mixed with 2 larger bags of the Black Gold, Think they were 20 qt bags ea.) so should be no problems with the watering. Wont be able to make it rain till flower if at all with the nutes but we will see how they do.

Peace

looking awesome my friend :) I'm not jealous one bit ;)
Thanks Cap, compliments always welcome. lol I'm really liking how these ladies are filling out. :hump:

Looking really good big! That's going to be some dank smoke for sure :) How's the smell on them?
As always thanks for stoppin in Purp. I am thinking the P/R is definitely going to be one hitter quitter for sure. I really want to finish these two properly so that they can be all they can be. The P/R and the Isis smell really spicy to me. I noticed it on the last watering and its not like any thing I have smelled in my garden before. Yummmm!. I need to get the wife down there and take a whiff and see what she thinks it smells like. As for the Purple Kush, She smells like weed to me! Ya know when ya stick your nose in a sac and take a good whiff and ya say " damn that smells really good". Well thats what she smells like? lol

This is one of the Buds from the plant I drowned. Not sure if I can say there is a difference. Truth is I smoke em as fast as I grow em so can't say I have really curred a plant properly to begin with. LOL. What I can say is that it has a nice smooth taste with the first hit or two but then pretty much goes away. Not much smell though. Even though they were ass packed with seeds, they are some decent smoke. I would classify them as pretty good mids and I am a pretty heavy smoker who likes me some Indica.

Hope ya like?

Very nice Big. I am a couple of weeks or so behind you so it gives me something to look forward too. They had a rough go for a few weeks while I was so busy but are recovering ok. The purple male is also re-vegging nicely. And the final numbers are in. We harvested 732 loads of 'maters at an average of 44,000 pounds per load in 49 days. It was a great season for us. And gave my daughter and future son-in-law second thoughts on taking the reins on the farm! LOL All in all gotta tell you we were givin a gift by nature this past growing season and it continues to give. Thanks Ma nature.

I will get some pics up of the lineup here later, gotta charge the camera. And how about them Pats! The test has begun. 4 tough games in a row. We will know what they are all about in a month. And the Lions may have a losing record but have the start of a winning culture growing in the clubhouse.

Did you water cure that? What do you mean by "drowned"?
It is a way of beginning the fermentation process of your buds before the harvest. By literally drowning the plant in water, you are beginning to curing process in-turn speeding up the cure when dried. Essentially eliminating the need for a four week cure.

Hers a couple pics of her drowning. She was in there for 6 days but it can take up to 12 days to kick the bucket. lol

The info is in this thread; https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/347914-balls-wall-grow-riddleme-gets.html. Not sure if you read any of his stuff but the guy knows what he is doing. Done allot of research on this plant. Ya may not agree with everything he does but ya can't deny his results. Right now he has built a fermentation chamber and been running some bud through it to dry and cure them like they do to tobacco, again speeding the cure. Still in the trial stage but so good so far.

Hope it helped?

But they are getting better. I let them run short of mg and n late in veg and early transition but I am getting a handle on it. They have had a few seabird and worm turd teas along with some fish emulsion the last couple of waterings. Also top dressed the pot with some dolomite and greensand so they should finish fine. This is still an all organic grow.

First up Isis. Notice the plant on the right still has branches on the low node, they are soon to be pollenated. That way I can finish the top 2 nodes, harvest them and let the lower preggos finish fully.

Next the three Purple Rains. Even with 2 tall and 1 short I still have 3 different phenos. the 2 taller plants do have thier differences. Mainly leaf blade count, 1 mostly 5 per and one mainly 7 per. The 7 per is also showing some nice trichs already.

And the lone Querkle. Not much to report on it, pretty straight forward. It will get a few flowers pollenated with the PR pollen.

Glad to here harvest finished well for ya. All I can really say is that is allot of freaking tomatoes. lol Nice to know the garden is back on track and if ya breed that male, I would be honored to grow a couple out for ya.;-) I want to revege the squaty female and then use the pollen I collected to get some seeds from her for myself. I'm loving the way she has filled out and she fits nicely in the garden.

Hope I get 1 of each female and male with these new youngins and maybe pull a mother and a better father. Maybe some purple ones? Got allot of plans but just try and take it one day at a time.

Hope your right about the Lions! That town could sure use something good to happen for them.

Peace
