Difference between Shwag/Mids and Dank?

Okay I know what Shwag is, and I've only had Dank/Chronic, etc. a few times in my life. Other than obvious potency difference, what is the structure of the high? The feeling of the high? From what I have had its a much "cleaner" buzz. The white widow I will probably blow my mind away!

depends...on alot...here in tx around october we start getting what we call "christmas bud" schwag that taste good as hell, but has seeds and is sold at schwag price....great stuff...and then what are you comparing it to? there are now literally thousands of different strains....to much to compare...

Schwag would be anything grown comercial. Grown for volume not quality. Males/felmales dont matter, seed o well. They pack it into bricks and ship it cross boarders. By the time it gets to you who knows how good it will be. My last batch tased like crap but it was all in the cure, if it was cured at all!
What your calling dank/chronic Im guessing would be some of the homegrown stuff you got. Someone loved and cared for the plants. They were growing for quality not quantity. It was more fresh, not compressed, and tasted 1000% better. The highs are about the same. Just takes less of the good stuff.
Its all in the growing. I havent had good bud in years. I only smoked schwag because it was what I could afford. This year Im gowing. I took some schwag seeds and gave them some love. Im about 5 weeks away from some good shit! Its all in the love you show the plant.

its all in the genetics, most of what you call schwag is usualy a mexican variety mostly sativa, very low thc content. i asume by dank or chronic you mean anything with a name, but here is the deal it depends on what type and the mix to what the high is like. mostly sativa strains give you that up high you feel and most indicas will put the average smoker to sleep. now yes some strains are more touchy and harder to grow, others will go through hell and look just fine.

i know some people that use a car crusher to press 150 lbs bricks of that schwag you speak of, so who knows what happened to it before you got it.

More care you give your plant, The more your plant will give back. I grew half bag seeds for my first grow along with Barney Farms LSD, and the bag seeds turned out to be some killer smoke. Before i grew I was paying 45-55 an 1/8th of what I grew from bag seed.

You know, me and The Spouse were just discussing this last night. A lot of people on here say "love the plant & it'll love you back". I hope they're right! We have some bagseed going in the backyard right now and when we get the grow room together, we're going to do a 'dry run' with some 'second generation' seeds from the same bag seeds. We started with like 16 plants. After killing the makes, losing some sick girls, thinning the herd, and putting some plants together for new seeds, we have 3 happy looking girls in the yard, and in a few weeks she'll be hanging in the garage to dry out.

I can only think of a handful of times when somebody busted out some true, srs, MAD NUGGET. It's been 'Mersh and Schwag for most of my herb-smoking life. (Which began in 1998.) But after this dry run with the second-generation stuff, there's some expensive, fancy seeds sitting in a drawer downstairs, and hopefully they'll love us back, and I can enjoy tasty nuggets on a regular basis. Shwag-Grown shitty, Mids-With a lil care but not much, Dank- An experianced grower who knows what they are doing.

agreed, if i spend 4 months growing and loving a plant im not going to just give it away for 80 dollars. were i live kush sell for 350-450 an ounce, and bagseeds are few and far between, but i have a masses a collection of 50 of so of like 10 different varieties. some more than others unfortunatley.

i 100% agree with this. you can get shwag in bricks where im from. compared to a top shelf bud, it has a very earthy almost stale taste.

the high is usually functional.

ive found that 9 times out of ten that i have seen schwag, it was due to an improper cure. A proper cure can be the biggest difference of all between shwag and mids, or mids and highs

Schawg how i see it is a short buzz less than a hour and it taste and is harsh like shit. usually cheap brick weed from mexico.
Mids is stronger and likely grown by someone. better high and a little longer lasting like one hour and a half. still harsh though, little taste, and likely not grown perfect.
Highs are the shit. Good cure, taste, and lasting two hours or more. the high must be killer and usually grown perfect.

schwag is also known as headache weed around my parts.. i guess its all part of the dry and cure, or rather lack of a proper one of both that attributes to this headache factor.. and i agree.. schwag is usually grown outdoors, in large plots, with no care taken to seperate males and females, so schwag is almost always seeded.. than comes that lovely bricking thing that they always seem to do to schwag.. compress it and brick it up for easy transport..
mids to me is probably grown outdoors.. it could have come from name brand seeds or clones, but once again, lil care was spent in seperating males and females, once again mids are often seeded as a result.. the dry and cure on mids is usually much better than that one schwag imo..
this takes us to dank, top shelf bud. often called kind bud depending on where your from.. kb is usually grown indoors with love and care.. males and females are almost always seperated, resulting in sinsimelia.. kb or dank can range from just good bagseeds growng with love and care, and can go all the way up to the best of the best name brand bud that was grown by someone who knew what they were doing and were after the finest quality product that they can accomplish..
and of course, price varies greatly according to quality...
