hey Bob! It's great what your doing here, really appreciate it. I had a quick question regarding nutes... I see sum nutes for example are .5 - 1.0 - .7 and then some are 20-5-5. Would you have to multiply your dosage when using the low scaled nutes of ".5 - 1.0 - .7" ? That just confused me a little bit and I couldn't find an answer on the forums.

Well, all fertilizers are different, and most of the time you'd have to dilute the fertilizers with high concentrations of nutrients by a lot, i.e. MG all purpose has an N-P-K of 24-8-16, and they recommend 1/2 tsp to every gallon, which is very dilute....and most fertilizers with low concentrations of the main nutrients, are recommended to be diluted by a small amount...

When I used MG all purpose, I started out at 1/8 tsp per gallon, then the next week, I went up to 1/4 tsp per gallon, then the week after that, I gave it the recommended dosage of 1/2tsp...

hola, i have a quick question:

if i plant clones in rockwool what are the issues if i want to replant the rockwool cubes in soil?

hey bob you ever seen this, i can not figure this out.i have it on like 3 plants the ph is at 6.6 normal and my fert level is normal actually a little low.....but i have been trying to figure it out for days. its like light green blothches only on the tops, at first i thought mg but it dosent really resemble that?.... a neighbor told me overwatering, but i always water according to the moisture meter....any ideas?

I don't think you would have any issues, If my memory serves me, I recall someone transplanting a clone in rockwool into soil...

Never seen this before, but it could be a number of things, IMO, it slightly resembles minor light bleaching...

Sorry man, but halogens aren't any good, the spectrum is awful, they get hot as hell, and it just doesn't produce good results...

the fluorecents are 2x 36 w 3350lm 120cm 1 coolwhite and 1 warmwhite.

Hi Bob.... just a quick question about takin cuttings..? I'm quite new to all this so if its a stupid question then please excuse me.. if i take cuttings from a plant that is still veging but is getting ready to flower will the cuttings be any good..???

Ok here's one.

ive been playing around with plants for little more then a year now im building a 4x4 grow room i can go up to 6 feet high and will be trying vertical ive got 4 plants growing right now 3 orange bud and 1 ice there little over 3 weeks old started from seeds. i will flower them to find out if i got females then revege.

and here's the questions

i have hps 600, hps 400 and mh 175

i will proboly use hps 600 + 175 mh in a cooltube with a 400 cfm fan and will grow hempy bucket

if i go 10 plants 6 feet tall will i get the same yield as (20) 3 feet plants

oh ya im not changing my mind on vertical it looks so cool

i will have a grow log also any input would help

hi there. wondering if you could help as this is my first grow....i have 14 plant in 5' x 5' x6' grow room/600w light/100tt intake drawing air in from an open window/125tt extraxtor pushing air out through the top of grow room and 2 6" clip on fans circulating air. my problem is that my temp are 30 degrees celcius when i have the tent door closed. if i leave the door open they are 25 - 26, but this defeats the purpose of having the tent. would a cool tube or tower fan help. this is a soil grow btw. any ideas would be great. thanks
ps plants are 7 white widow and 7 s/s number 1, all are healthy and thriving but im about to flower so need to shut tent door due to the smell.

Grab a few more of those flourescents and you're good to go!
