Can't you guys see it from a homosexuals perspective? Exactly the same way that you get turned on by seeing a sexy person of the opposite sex, they do of the same sex, they don't choose it, it's natural.
What kind of study can you come up with that would be more scientific?
The use of pornography in scientific studies relating to sexuality has been common practice since at least the 1960s. By all means challenge the scientific orthodoxy but you'll need some empirical support.

It's not separate but equal if you REMOVE marriage from the laws. The government shouldn't be involved with Marriage period. Everyone, straight or gay, gets civil unions. If you want to get married, join a church.
By doing this, gays get the same thing as straights, and you get rid of the marriage debate in 1 fell swoop.

You can pick any city in the world, and 10% of its population will be gay, no matter the race or religion or area of the world.... obviously there might be a plus/minus 2 or 3 points on those figures but it is true... Another funny fact: 10% of animals that suxeually reproduce are also gay.... So tell me how this is not as natural as nature itself...

Traditional marriages have a divorce rate of 50%. I say let the homosexuals in on all the fun that comes with divorce.

This just in: San Francisco Federal Judge Vaughn Walker on Thursday lifted the stay on his ruling from last week, in which he found that Proposition 8 is unconstitutional.
One caveat: Walker extended a temporary stay until August 18, in order to give Proposition 8 supporters — and the defendants in the case — time to appeal the ruling to the Ninth Circuit. So gay marriage cannot yet resume in the Golden State. Click here for the LA Times article.
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and state Atty. Gen. Jerry Brown had urged Walker to permit same-sex marriages to resume, arguing the state was well-equipped to handle them.
In weighing whether to put a ruling on hold, judges consider the likelihood that higher courts would uphold their ruling and whether irreparable harm would be caused by a postponement.
