Hi all,

i spent all day yesterday reading all posts https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growi...club-show.html  what a great thread with some fantastic people... what happend to Randy Rocket and Cerebralvibrator? i could do with some of there advise and assitance for my grow

3 cheese/Trainwreck feminised from attitude seed bank
4x4x6 flower room
600 Watt HPS
Temp 22 to 27 Humid around 50-60

Neuts:

Formulax
Canna Terra Vega
Canna Terra Flores
Canna Pk 13/14

I germanated them about 2 weeks ago and they are coming along nicely, I have been giving them 6.0ph water no neuts for the first 1.5 weeks and now i have them on the formulex at around 75% of recomended dosage.

Yesterday i transplanted them into 11 Litre pots which ill use until the end of the grow. I was thinking of Topping one then some LST with the other with the 3rd left to grow normally with some late on LST just ot make sure the buds get as much light as possible.

This is my second grow my first (see signature) went all wrong as my 2 clear female plants at 5 weeks of flower just started to show fresh seeds so i cut them down and got started on these. The seeds i used where cheap from cannabiseeds.com but still i cant see how i got new seed growth (not banana hermie shapes) am too sick of that grow to continue updating as i had very very very few comments and cutting the plants after all that work before they were finsihed is so frustrating.

Anyway back on track  so this grow who would be interested in following it... i will update pics as much as i can depending on changes and the light cycle plus i seem to beon the site everyday  so i can keep things as up todate as possible and also to follow other grows of similar type.

Let me know if anyone would be interested in following this as not being able to tell friends i have to have somewhere to air my concerns and hopefully this time show off some sweet sweet sensimilla

Not so many people interested in the thread :-D

But hey ill give you an update with PICS anyway! Also after checking my calendar my above germination date was not correct. I started germinating these under 12/12 lights from the 31st of March so i am now on 6 weeks and 2 days with 12/12 for the entire time.

Here are a couple of pics of their home and you can see the hight is about 12 inchs tall with the one i LST'ed being smaller but only becuase i bent it... 12/12 from seed really helps keep everything the same size.

lastley kudos to attitude seedbank (cheeseWreck feminized) the plants look amazing... my first grow was with cheap ass seeds from cannabisseeds.com and they turned out to be some nasty strain so i know its a risk but all first time growers get some good seeds and nurse them like babies through germination and its easier by far than working with shit seeds!

So as i said above this test would also be a lerning process for me so i decided to Top one of the plants, practise some LST on another and the last i left to grow straight up as god intended.

Here is the plant that is grown staright up no LST or Topping.

Here is the plant that i topped around 6 days ago and as you see its on its way to coming out of shock but it has next to no bud sites like the other two. Topping really slows things down and no i am feeling that i will need to grow this one for a week to 10 days longer than the other two.

Hey 808,

Very cool to have you watching my grow ;-) doing LST has made it go crazy compared to the others withing 24/48 hrs the bud sites were taking off and if you check out the pics and with my opinion its working hard on buds not the fan leaves as its much less bushier than the one going straight up!

I am using 11 Litre pots square which are pretty big as when doing 12/12 from seed the root system shoudl be small without the veg stage but very cool as i only need to transplant once. What i did was drill little holes around the edge of the pot then using cable ties create anchor points then using some stuff i got from the garden center which is like 25 meters of that stuff you know that you have around new cables when you buy an appliance is like a thin strip of metal in plastic. (check out my basic pic which might help a little :-) )

Next time that i do a grow with a veg stage i am going to try and follow this thread;

https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/6834-how-lst-low-stress-training.html

looks so cool will take time but will be worth it but this method i think would be better using wire coat hangers and bend them like tent pegs and push them straight into the soil to hold the plant down.... oh that reminds me make sure you water well before starting so that the plant is not dry and britle plus make sure the part you tie to the plant is tight but not too tight as you want to make sure the stem your tying down is not going to be throttled by the string, cable tie etc.

I dont think it matters really how or what you tie the plants down with just how they work you know what i mean? i used some paper clips bent straight and stuck them in the soil and thats working for now...might try that coat hanger thing you said...and did you grow 12/12 from seed before? i was thinking about doing that too and just grow SOG...well looks like a good grow you got going on! very creative which is very good! bongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmilie

808Toker,

cool i am with you... this stuff really works well as its so flexible and you can cut as much of it as you need. i think most important for me is that its easy to create a secure and strong loop around the stem without having to be to tight on the stem.

This is my first 12/12 from seed as my last grow went so wrong about 6 weeks into flowering i had a shit strain from cannabisseeds.com... so while i waited to flush and stuff i put these in the room so that i have some seed free bud for the summer :-D For me i am limited to how many plants i can have without going to jail but for me i would love to grow a room full and wake every day to a SOG ;-)

thanks for you comments and compliments i am no expert i must always remember i am still on grow 2 :) great to have you stop by!

So here is an udate of the 3 plants first here is the one that i left to grow straight up. As you see the crystals are starting to form and following another growers advice i trimmed a few of the lower branches to try and make the plant focus on its bud growing rather than its lower fan leaves.

Here is the one that i topped and as you can see its recovered nicely and the two heads are clearly growing on also i chopped a few fan leaves from the bottom of the plant but as this one went through alot of stress for topping i thought best to take it slow.

I have found that using twist tie material like you would use for youe tomatos works great for LST. Got 100 feet at the dollar store. Just poke some holes in your pots and tie her down.

Sorry lost internet connection!!!!

And last but not least is the one i bent to one side which i should hardly call LST but it still shows a great deal! As you can see from the pics the leafs on this plant are all ready getting covered and the main cola looks stronger than the one i left to go straight up!

It has been hard not to do this to the other two as the leafs on this one are looking so sticky :-)

Bigv,

Thanks for stopping by my grow... this grow is a two fold test the first is to see how good 12/12 from seed really is and 2nd was to see what happens when you top, LST and just leave it to grow as god intended.

if you check out post 13 you will see one that i bent to one side so that the whole plant gets light and as you see its really taken off. Plus i am not sure if you can see but i also stumbled across the twist ties :-) very cool stuff really flexible but strong and with a long reel of it you can make any sixe you need!

Yeah man thanks for commentin' on my post. Glad to see you like the twist ties. I am checking out alot of 12/12 from seed grows now and that bent plant is nice. Seems as though 90% of the 12/12 from seed plants that I see are tiny though.

Bigv,

12/12 is also new to me the thread that got me to try it was https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/175581-12-12-seed-club-show.html the guy who started it Randy Rocket grew some massive plants plus this is the link to the actual grow where he tries to get 1oz off each plant! https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/151253-12-12-seed-harvest-1-a.html

I am not sure why mine are smaller but from the lessons i learnt during my first grow i have had the 600HPS as close as i can (2ft to 18 inches) from around 7 days after the seed popped out of the top of the soil. I wish they could have been bigger as the strain is great it looks so potent i cant wait to try it ;-) I think another reason for the examples you are seeing being so small is that most who do this method have little grow boxes and no real space. Maybe if i had had the light further away at the start of the grow i could have stretched them a bit! If you go through the 12/12 seed club (70+ pages) you will see that some of these guys really know what they are doing and get some amazing results from 12/12 seed to harvest (Cerebralvibrator he starts showing his stuff on page 29 post 284 & check out post 693 on page 70 del66666)

I've seen some amazing 12/12 from seed journals..
And I've concluded that 12/12 from seed yield the best results for a SOG effect.. That means you should have grown your seedling in 1 straight cola and remove all side branches..
I've seen many many times growers getting 50gr/plant like this (almost 2oz) 1 single full full cola..
However, you're doing a great job bro!!

subscribed and +rep!!!
