u should to get more fresh fish into ur diet man, I think 3-4 times a week is reccomended..
Look at the mediterraneans, they have like no redmeat, eat only fish pasta and fresh veg and live the longest

I eat plenty of fish Bro,,, I'm a big fishermen.. On tuna fishing trips, the minute i get them in the boat i cut a back piece off right next to the dorsal fin, then i slice it about a 1/4" thick slices and make a sauce with Vietnamese rooster sauce ,scallions, sesame seeds,& Japanese ginger. It's the BOMB!!
