water and dishwashing soap then spray at your risk
its a hard call how late are you
there is neem oil and beat a bug
if your inside spray with sharpshooter then crank on heaps of fans and turn off the lights
thats what i did but you gotta be careful cause of mold
go find someone real clued on cause this could turn into a nightmare

Hi there, you poor thing... Because you are so far into harvest, I would suggest ladybeetles... You can buy them on line here in Australia... They will feast on these little fuckers... Big fat happy ladybeetles...lol... They do work... Doe Eyed is another grower on here who has her grow room full of ladybeetles, they wont touch the dope but they'll eat aphids and such.... very environmentally friendly and non hazzardous to your health...

Sorry to hear BB. I discovered what i think are spider mites but they could also be the things in your picture. I thought everything was fine except i started seeing the little white dots on the leaves that i have read is a symptom of the mites. Do aphids do that also? I went to bunnings and got some insecticide and let them have a decent dose. Does anyone know if you can kill plants with insecticide? I certainly used a decent amount.

Rock you should use dead red. mites won't die with most common stuff
you gotta take the fight to em
I used it two weeks before my last havest and it works great

jeez, sorry about the infestations beginner n rock. good luck.

beginner, i'm new to growing so can't say which method is best in terms of grow...but if you're near harvest you probably don't want chemicals all over the buds.

You can buy ladybugs online! cool, will rememer that in case of infestation...where, lacey??

http://www.bugsforbugs.com.au/ipm/product_list has some pest control stuff, dunno bout aphids but i use their fly traps, caught the only flying insect in my growspace within 12 hours.

U can definately mess plants up with insecticides and if u sprayed u can expect all ur pistils to turn brown in the next couple days but dont panic. Its not really advisable to use sprays later in flower thats y im in a conundrum.
Im sworn off pyrethrum from bunnos, that shit sux,it nearly killed mine lasy yr.

Thanks Jimmy. As i wasnt really sure what they were i went with one that killed a few different things, or at least claimed to. I found them on the underside of the leaves however they appeared to be a white/yellow colour under a magnifying glass. I dont have a microscope. I thought that Sm were black and thus the confusion. We have other bugs eating out basil and chilli plants and we also discovered these gross white weird things nesting near the roots on another one of our plants. Let me just tell you i went slightly bezerk with the pesticide i had. The one i got was called Marvrik. Not sure if its any good. I plan on reapplying in about 4 days time should the plant not show any signs of harm.

rangess is ur outdoor beauty? fingers crossed...

was it mavrik aquaflow? found this online
WILL NOT DAMAGE SENSITIVE FOLIAGE
Mavrik is the first product of its kind to combine such a high level of effectiveness and safety. It is so gentle on foliage it is safe to use on delicate plants like Maidenhair and on sensitive seedlings

so...should be ok. designed to not harm bees.

info here http://www.nrrbs.com.au/chemicalsmavrik.htm

how do spider mites etc get in?
I believe in many ways. They can exist on clones that are given to you and brought in. Pets can bring them in on their fur. If you are growing outside i guess they are everywhere already. I have read some pretty bad stories of them ruining crops without treatment.
