Yes you can....Guarantee it!!.. your not "selling" anything... you are donating and being compensated for your time and efforts...Dont ever use that word "sell"...that is in fact illegal... Selling may suggest that your profiting......

Becareful buying on the streets, business have a higher risk in streets, dont come short or front weed when doing business with street dealers. I knew a guy whom almost got smoked over 5$ worth of schwag untill he paid when the dealer paid him a visit. Its a crazy world and better to be safe and legit.
where did you hear/read that? ive read the Act a few times and i dont remember seeing that. it only says things about the patients caregiver or the patient growing their own. im in michigan.
