Is This Legal? Selling To Friends

I am also in Michigan and i have read before that it is legal for a patient/caregiver to secure meds from any source but only for the patient/caregiver not for the seller.

Meaning that you can safely buy meds anywhere but they can still arrest the person who sold it to you regardless of there medical status. To my knowledge the only legal transfer in MI is from a caregiver to one of there patients.

I am no lawyer and the MI program is still new but this is my understanding.

Again, idk with your state but here yes it would be illegal, here only the registered patient of said grower is allowed to reimburse the grower, this compensation can NOT include labor, only supplies and power.here its all in wording though, if you were to "donate" your extra medicine to your family memebers and they out of the kindness of their hearts "donate" cash to your garden needs, you should be able to tip toe around, I would make it 1-2 people you truly trust and no one other than you 2-3 should know a thing about it.

selling, buying, gifting, all fall under Dealing Marijuana.. I have never heard of anyone accidentally dropping an ounce, and someone else stumbling upon it and picking it up and leaving money in its place, though..
