What can you do if the cops come nocking? and you got 6 plants in the back? If the plants are burn`d can they still take you down?

the first thing you do is shit and act calm. dont LET THEM IN..dont answer the door if you know its a cop..DO NOT ANSWER THE DOOR . pull the plants as soon as you can and do a clean up .if they happen to get you to open to door(dummy)and they ask about a power bill have a excuse..changed from gas to electric appliances ect. if they catch dont SAY shit..there is nothing you can talk to them about that THEY will not use against you.ifthey ask about smell tell them your dog got out and found a skunk. your garbage is stinking because the cats got into it. the main thing is avoid contact with them and if caught SHUT UP , do not talk to people in jail about your situation .some of them will be narcs.just try and chill take some deep breaths smile and call your LAWYER..that you should already have set up with retainer fees.and ya.if the plants are burned and in dirt they can still get you.

If there not coming to knock your door down stay low & hide your girls for a few day somewhere if you can. Also if you are suspected of having anything and they see you in the house and you refuse to answer.... they can call a in a quick serve search warrant. it takes a few hours for them to get it but they will post a cop out front you house. If you leave they pull you over.

its all true, but check your local laws aswell! Here in MT they can't do much if your doing it legally. Some of the cops here actually come to get informed

they wont knock if they are there for your grow,do not throw them out ,no warrant no worries,take care of the smell if your that worried,what if they are going door to door looking for a missing child and they see you looking threw the window and you dont answer???????????????put someona gel by your door and always have air freshner close by,do not throw out your plants if they come to your door,youll here a big crash when they want your grow

If there knocking, most likely they only have suspicion. That means, do not answer the door as the pigs take it as an invitation. Look outside somewhere other than your front window or peep hole. Cops are trained to look for movement. The last thing you want is to have them see movement in the house with no answer to there knock. Also get rid of the SMELL. Dont be STUPID. Eliminate noise. Once they leave, there not gone but just down the street. Waiting for you to look outside to see if there gone! Once they knock, it will never go away untill they finally confront you and even then it will never go away because now your noticed and in the system. Point being. Do everything in your power to no have them come in the first place. Remember, you are where you are because you are!

Not 100% true. Ive been ran up on by plain closed investigators. They were going to knock untill I came outside wondering what the noise was. Lets just say I wont do that again. Guess what, I had nothing crackin at the time and they had nothing on me. They said they had suspicion of 40 plants being grown. WTF. Anyways, they will knock when they just have suspicion. There giving you a chance to cooperate just in case your a medi patient. Atleast that how it was for me anyways. Ive been raided other times, where the door has just come down though.(Not for growing though. ) ,SS

First off, don't be so paranoid. If you are that worried about it maybe the heat is too much for you. The swat team is not gonna come flying through your window for a couple of plants. Secondly never tell anyone about your grow. This is probably the way 99% of grows get busted, word of mouth. Unless you are running a major grow op, your electric bill does not DRASTICALLY change enough for anyone to notice. If you live close to people make sure you take care of the smell and the noise that will arouse suspicion. Do not conduct illegal activities at the place where you grow. And don't let the fuckers in!

Here's how we handled it,,,

Knock on the door. Coppers outside. Opened the door, locked it and stepped outside to speak with Mr. Leo. No warrant, no entry through a locked door.

Pissed them off big time. I asked what they wanted. They mumbled about a perp running through backyards.

I told them that the noise they heard in the back was from 17 pissed off American Eskimo's and told them they bite strangers but go ahead through the gate at your own risk. They're behind a nine foot wall and if a perp had jumped that wall he'd be in a bad way by the time I got to him,,,,,,,

If they're gonna raid you, it'll be between 4-5:30 am. Door rams, flash bangs and lot's of guns in yer face,,,,,,,,,

When the Coppers come a knocking, they're fishing, don't be a guppy, exit the residence and lock your door behind you. Give them no opportunity to enter unless they show a warrant. You have rights. You have to learn them and use them. Question Authority. Knowledge is power baby,,,,,

Yea best thing to do is not open your door because if they smell dope thats probable cause to come in.
If its for 5 plants i wouldnt be worried. Get some ona. And a big screen door so they cant barge in. Go to a upstairs window and ask what they want.
If they wanted to come in, they would have.
If you do get caught.. talk to leagle aid and get a lawyer. when they bring you in for questioning, just sit there and go cross eyed and act dumb. Dont say its medicinal! dont say anything but your name.

first thing i can say is to do it legally, if you are not in a state that you are alloed to do that in too bad for you, but first the cops need probabe cause to do anything its you job not to give it too them, i have notice that growing outdoors you have to have high fences that people cant see thur and you cant grow very many plants,but thats the way not to get caught, i would say do it inside and dont let anyone know about it besides the people that already do, if the cops come to your door open it and step outside shutting the door to the house, then if they dont have a warrent they have no reason to search you house anyway.... i am in college studying law so if anyone has wuestions about what pigs can and cant do please feel free to message me
