Just had my 1st hermie ever, and it was my Red Dragon, Lucky I got another 2 left. Anybody else ever had a hermie?![]()
hey all.. im new to this so feel free to point me in the right direction if this topic has been covered in other threads.
Im wanting some opinions on outdoor strains that do well in Australian climate. Im in Melbourne and thinking of ordering some seeds from and online seed bank.
So far the strains im interested in are NYC diesel, White Widow, Super Silver Haze and Blueberry.
The seed banks ive looked into are Attitude, PicknMix and Nirvana.
Any info on these strains or better options and?or on these seed banks or other seed banks that you have had good experiences with in the past would be good.
Cheers

If youre going outdoor then grow the sativas that everyone growing indoors wishes they could!
They're all quite nice strains, I'd like to grow them all! As for the seed banks, I'd stay clear of Nirvana (search for why) and even wouldnt go with Attitude (too many Americans use them = maybe more commercially orientated than other banks). I believe jats has used pick n mix, and it'd be nice to buy a few of each of those seeds and get yourself an awesome gene pool!
I, and others in here, have had successful with planetskunk.com and I'd be happy to use them again.
My only fear with pick n mix is that from what I understand you wont be getting breeder packaging which makes it that much easier for your order to get stuffed up.
if yer new, leave the expensive stuff alone - get some cheeky bag seed and have a good long read lol
Ugh well what a waste of time replying that was. Saw your thread detailing the grow.
Either keep them under those CFLs 3-5cm away from the globes for another 2-4 weeks, or put them back outside and leave them there. Moving them in and out is not doing them any favours.

I thought you would go easy knickers? I appreciate comments that will help me learn so not a waste of time at all. I know its a pretty insignificant setup but i continuosly read about not spending too much money so i have tried to keep it cheap. Maybe thats how my plants will turn out but at least i am enjoying myself. I was under the impression that forums, at least the ones that i belong to, were for sharing ideas and helping each other and not for putting down others efforts.![]()
Man ya gotta love the Australian summer... I can't believe I had the heater on this morning... It was nine degrees... I tell you what my babies are taking a battering when it comes to temperature... We were cooking last week in the Nations Capital now we are bloody freezing with Thunderstorms..
