FUCK.... 7 weeks flowering and got a notice from apartment saying SUITE INSPECTION!!!

I'm gonna pack her up.... got a nice size box and some odour control garbage bags... and this deodorizer..... GF and I will be here in the morning.... so we will cook a nice bacon, egg and hashbrown breakfast before they get here...

Edit: From sources that will remain unknown I also heard while the plant was in the box every so often he would shake it around crazily and call it bad names.

I will NEVER have to worry about this as I live out in the middle of nowhere where you may see a cop or someone near your house every 2-5 years!! lol I haven't seen a cop since I threatened my daughter's bf and he went crying to his mami lol. you should have told them it wasn't convenient as you had your grandma staying with you who wasn't well, she is suffering from schitzophrenia and gets extremely threatened when people she doesn't know come into where she is staying.

She is only here for a couple of weeks, while her heating system is being replaced.

I hope that we can reschedule this to a more convenient time.

I know, I read the whole thing before I posted.. Funniest thread I have ever read. LMAO!!! Over 1 plant? I would of chopped her down in a second. Dude has big balls, a serious risk taker... Kinda like many of us. But, I still believe someone made a call, Chronic smell is hard to get rid of, no matter what kind of removal equipment you may have. Yeah everyone thinks it cant happen in America. It can, it just isnt standard procedure. Any landlord can inspect your rental. They just need 24 hr notice or something. Weird that its standard there tho

Not in Kalifornia mutha fucka. In cali tenants have rights too. I lived there for a while and rented. The LL wanted to do a walk through after about six months of me living there. I told him I would review the lease/rental agreement. When I found nothing pertaining to walk throughs I told him to add it to his generic contracts and I would think about signing it.
When you sign an agreement it IS a contract. If it state anything about routine inspactions then you are subject to them. If not then they CAN NOT just announce it prior to and expect you to allow it. This is good to got in cali so your milage may vary elsewhere.

Well, here's an update..... went outside.... checked the mailbox... and got ANOTHER NOTICE saying ANOTHER suite inspection.... this time I am scared because they must know something is up because this time ONLY I got this notice... and it says they could come either the 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, OR 17th....... so I am about to smoke a joint and chop my plant down...

I am so sad.... but I cannot hide her for 5 days.... after all that work hiding it.... just to be screwed anyway........ SIGH

I am chopping the plant down right after I type this.... gonna trim it up and the buds are going to my buddies house to hang to dry.... cuz I cant have them here..

That sucks man. I was following your situation for a while... Probably coming back because of the smell since they put that on the notice. You're doing the right thing by chopping her. At least it wasn't a total waste as you'll still have some sweet bud to smoke. I'd open all your windows for a while to get rid of any lingering smells...

Yea something sounds fishy about your tenant landlord agreement? They only come in to check utilities ans cabinets shit like that. I would tell them to stay away until you are there to do a walkthrough with them.
