Emergency!!!

I have a "survival kit" for aparment living that covers this for me. I made sure to get a place with a garage first off, that was #1.

You need to rent a van or a small uhaul. Pack your bags in trash bags and large refrigerator boxes nicely. You can roll them right out the front door on a dolly and no one will ever be the wiser. Just load it up in the morning, let the landlord and plumber do their shit and unload it in the evening.

I have found that renting vans from like enterprise is best, the newer vans seal up real nice so the smell don't leak out. I park the van in the garage and plug in my ozone generator in the garage, it makes virtually no noise and cleans up any smell that could even potentially leak out, but just a few weeks into flower you might be alright. I think a storage room would work too if you have it available, but I love the van in the garage so when you move look for a garage!

An enclosure raises the temp about 10 degrees from the outside. The plastic bags will provide additional protection.

So I woke up today and they my landlord and the plumer were in my apartment at 9:30 in the morning.... without even knocking.... I hid the plants in my storage unit last night in my laundry room and covered them in garbage bags.. It took about an hour to dis assemble everything and clean up the grow closet. The plumer told me that he could not work on it today because the pipe was frozen and that hed have to come back on monday... Fuck.. So I re set everything up and going to have to re do the whole thing on Monday... BTW my buds have like doubled over night in the storage container somehow even though the tops of the plants were completely bent when i took them out. I'll keep everyone posted.

Did you ever consider that your land lord might have gotten a "hunch" that you were growing, and wanted to confirm it by bustin up in there without knocking and giving you the bare minimum 24 hour notice? Do you think they could have came up with a BS excuse to not do any work (pipe frozen) when they didn't find anything?

Sounds like a big conspiracy lol.

Glad everything worked out and now you have a type of permanent plan. I guess the only real question here is... What would have caused the buds to nearly double in size? You just transplanted and then moved them into a 40 degree (added 10 for being inside) that would have freaked the hell outta them. Did you just find a weird secret advanced grow technique? hmmm.

you dont have a friend? I took all my plants and brought them to friends house once and set it up with a space heater in his shed for a day in October. You need a friend you have real dirt on LOL so you wont fuck each other over.

I'm always curious why people respond to threads without reading all of the way through them. Is it just laziness? This is only a couple of pages and it was a worthwhile read I think. A lot of good suggestions were made and alot of good points were touched upon.
