yeah, i got one of those cheapy space heaters from like home depot... it doesn't have a thermostat, just a low med and high setting and a dial on it like the heater in your car that has a red line that gets thicker with more temp... the guy who said that it would work and just have to be patient with it was dead on... i just had to keep adjusting the temp till it would kick on and off at the right range, took maybe one full day and a half of messing with it to get it dialed in pretty good.. works pretty well now that i have it dialed though.. i am sure that there are much much better models that you could get that would even have a thermostat setting on them where it would kick on when it got below a certain temp, but for about $30 the one i got works fine...
